Very clean hotel. Waking distance to different places to eat and convenient stores. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Food in the on-site restaurant is very good and priced reasonably. I would definitely recommend this hotel and there is free shuttle service to the airport. My only complaint is the water in the bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain in room 518.

The front desk, went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an excellent weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel is staying in the Denver area.
This morning before leaving I asked for a taxi and the lady in the front desk told me that she couldn’t make a phone call for a taxi. I went walking to the Holiday Inn they got me the taxi in 2 min. When I came back the front lady of the doble tree kicked us out of the hotel, if not she will called the police. We had to wait in the street for the taxi. We are 74 years old and we were treated badly by a 20 something rude girl. We are from mexico and this is discrimination.

Front desk staff was not welcoming at all. Cold attitudes make you feel you are talking to robots, or they are doing you a big favor by allowing you to stay here. The sound insulation of the room is poor, as I can hear others talking in the neighboring rooms.
