Property did not honor reservation made through Orbitz. Gigi at front desk stated 3rd party reservations were not guaranteed and they gave away our prepaid room to someone else.

The kitchen sink faucet was leaking. It was reported, but maintenance never came to look at the sink during the stay.
Staff was friendly and very accommodating! Property was clean, but clearly needs updating/ rehab, especially bathroom and hallways.
Staff had no urgency to clean what looked to be skittles on the hallway floor Front desk staff was awesome Breakfast just okay
The pool was cold and had dead bugs and an insole from a shoe in the pool so I didn't end up swimming. Same goes for the hot tub. I arrived a little early to see if I could check in but the person at the front desk couldnt get ahold of anyone to see if I could check in early so I did something else. Couch in the room was uncomfortable and there were stains on the furniture.
The property was great, it was nice and the room itself was very nice for our stay. The man shaun at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and helpful. The only downside i would say is the random weed smoking and the smell coming into our hotel room. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay

Friendliness despite late arrival 1:30 and early departure 4:30, front desk was very nice.
Room was fantastic with full-size refrigerator and range. Hot tub was actually hot, 24-hour exercise room, decent complimentary breakfast. However, by far the best aspect of this property was the staff who provided everything we needed almost immediately including helping us get to the airport right after a snowstorm.
Hotel staff friendly, professional and extremely caring. Highly recommend!
Stayed a night while on business. The hotel and room were exactly what I needed and the staff was extremely pleasant. Hope to stay here again in the future.
The location was Convenient. The facility was clean and had a friendly staff. great location close to the airport and restaurants. This will definitely be my go to place to stay when in the Denver area.

This is the reason why you experienced it in this condition. We have since made sure the doors of the pool area are completely locked down.
