Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Airport3.0 out of 5.0

This hotel is new and not super close to the airport but still easily accessible to airport with a short drive. There is no transport service with the hotel which was a bummer. I think the biggest issue we had was the rooms weren't that clean for being new. I am sure they are working through the growing pains of just opening but when you find sunflower seeds in your pull out couch it is still not ideal.
We had to stay here due to travel problems. Staff was very helpful upon arrival. The rooms were great! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. This was our first stay at a Residence Inn, but we will definitely look at them the next time we travel. We really liked our room & this hotel!
If you have not stayed in a Residence Inn you need to try one, I love them. This hotel is fabulous at the end of a long international flight when you arrive jetlagged. It is easy to find the shuttle bus from the airport, the drivers are charming. The rooms are lovely, so much space and beautifully presented. Even the view of the distant mountains in the morning is wonderful. I have to say that Allyson Espinal was out of her way helpful when I had to print a pdf off, fill it in and scan it back to the UK the morning after I landed. In true Marriott style this hotel provides solutions not problems - they will always get my vote. Plus so easy to drop into a restaurant over the road for dinner.
A really nice room with great service. It was a last minute reservation and all our needs were met. The room was large and clean. Most excellent place to stay and we'll worth the money. I would stay here again.
Clean and well-maintained with a friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. Lots of charging stations in the room, and there is both a kitchen table and a roomy desk. The style is like a regular hotel with interior hallways and the usual RI features (basketball court, pool, fitness center). Several places to eat within easy walking distance, along with a 7-11 and a wine/beer store. Regular shuttles to/from the airport that start running at 3:30 am. Two minor suggestions: First, fix the drawers in the bathroom so an ordineray person can open them. The drawers by the sink need drawer pulls (see photo). The drawers were open when I arrived and I'll bet housekeeping does this to cut down on the calls to the front desk asking where the hair dryer is. Without pulls, the drawers aren't easy to open. Also, a regular pet peeve: If you want me to reuse my towel, which I'm happy to do, please put a towel rack in the bathroom (that isn't inside the shower). There's actually a sign in the room that says "if you want to reuse your towel, please put it on the rack" ... but ... no rack! Even hanging it over the shower rod gets a new towel ever day. This hotel supposedly caters to long-term stays, try to act like it.
We stayed one night in the Residence Inn. room was not ready upon arrival and there was not much empathy. Many guests were waiting for their room. We were told at 4.15 to go eat somewhere. Took almost one hour waiting. The room itself was clean, roomy and comfortable. Beds were very good. Breakfast in the morning was fine and included fresh fruits etc. Location is very convenient near four or five restaurants within walking distance and only 15 minutes from the airport
My wife booked this hotel because I am a fan of the residence Inns The hotel is far from the downtown area, but was not a bad place to stay. I will say however, upon check-in we found some marijuana paraphernalia in our room that my 6 year old found by the bed. When I talked to the front desk about it, they were very passive about it and offered nothing. The hotel only has "extras" Monday through Wednesdays. They offer a shuttle service to the airport and back. There are a few places to walk to if you want to eat. Kids had fun in the pool and it's about 2 hours from the Rocky Mountains. At least a 20 min uber/lyft ride from anywhere else. Typical Residence Inn stay, but the housekeeping employees were a lot more cordial than the front desk. Don't expect too many frills if you're staying at this place. Will try The Westin next time.
Our group of three landed at the Residence after driving through the Rockies! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Directly across from Applebees, picked up salads for dinner and ate around the kitchenette table! Great stop after a long drive.
Super clean two bedroom suite for a reasonable price. We stayed here to be close to the airport for a really early flight out of Denver. Absolutely worth the money - great location, easy walking access to restaurants and nearby shopping. Will definitely stay there again.
We stayed going to and coming from Cabo San Lucas. Rooms are clean which I am very particular about and breakfast was great for my little kids. Shuttle took awhile and was jam packed but what do you expect.
