We are located in one of Denver's most charming neighborhoods, just a few moments walk from the Governor's mansion, Governor's Park and some of Denver's most popular restaurants.

Host was very attentive and helpful when we needed. It's in a great location, close to Cheeseman Park, which our pup was thrilled about. Very thoughtfully decorated and equipped. We've stayed in the area before, but we would make a point to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here! Cozy and the host thought of everything for personal touches. Plenty of towels, fresh milk, eggs, and bagels a wonderful touch! Tastefully decorated. Excellent communication with host throughout!

Great location and beautiful property that was decorated beautifully with personal touches that made us feel so welcomed…candles lit and local treats. Walkable area that’s close to great restaurants, coffee shops and Trader Joe’s. Definitely will come back next time in Denver.

7th Avenue is a pretty section of Denver. I found the grounds at 701 Emerson overgrown and not well maintained. The handrail to the outside stairs was loose, and I found it difficult to reliably use the handrail. Ifound The apartment inside unsafe in many respects. The doors to the bathroom do not stay open to allow an easy exit and I experienced a serious cut that will require some medical attention upon return. The shower is impossible to regulate with the possibility of being either to hot or to cold with insufficient pressure iThe steps throughout the apartment are not standard which made it difficult for me to navigate. There is no warning about. The right front burner does not support a tea kettle and presents some danger when boiling water . The range hood appears to not have been cleaned for some time. In the living room the desk is in a dangerous spot on an elevated platform and unusable. It is too easy to push back the wheeled desk chair and fall backwards from the platform on which the desk is situatied Even worse, the dining room chairs are metal and one could easily hit their head in a fall which vastly increased the hazard of a fall from using the desk. The bedroom had an issue with crickets and moths. Overall, it is my view the apartment is an unsafe and below what I renter like me would expect.
