Enjoy marble tile bathrooms with a soaking tub & two showers, a kitchenette & large bar, two large TVs, & comfortable couch & beds. Private entrance, secluded from the owners upstairs.

Guests are welcome to use the backyard, gas fire pit & grill.

Walking distance to the light rail to downtown, 5-min drive to DU, and a 15-minute drive to downtown.

Owners live upstairs. While we are mindful of guests, you may hear some footsteps. Sound machines are provided for comfort.
