Hosts will be available to answer any questions via message throughout your stay. Quiet neighborhood with a secluded running, biking trail (High Line Canal Trail) across the street. Parking is easy. • NO SMOKING INSIDE. Smoking is only permitted on back patio/in backyard. $250 indoor smoking fee. Smoking/vaping detectors present & active. • There are security cameras outside. No cameras are inside. • Keyless entry is easy and you will be provided with a private entrance code for the duration of your stay. • Only a $90 cleaning fee! • There are chickens 50 feet behind the unit that are secured in a chicken coop for guests to observe and not interact with.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
