I liked the fact that the add claimed the hotel was close to the airport. I don't it was. What I didn't like was that the person at the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. We had to go down to the lobby to get another room and then he gave us a key that did not work. He left us waiting in the lobby while he went upstairs to activate the key. There were dirty towels outside on the floor next to the room. The toilet did not flush. The air conditioner did not work properly. The hotel seems to be under construction, there are areas that are exposed where children passing by can get into and get hurt. The entrance to the place is confusing, and it was not mentioned in the add when I made reservations. The price for the room is too high for everything mentioned above.

The room was old and dark. Needs to be renovated. Air conditioner was noisy. One bedroom suite is small. No wash towels even though the reservation was for three adults.
Didn’t like elevator
Ok
Rooms are poorly sound-insulated and you can hear almost everything from other rooms, conversations, singing, TV, music, and so on. Guys next door play guitar till midnight, and started again at 4 am, and made it impossible for me to sleep. Also, there is no place to hang you clothes. No hanger in the cabinet, and the closet where there are hangers is occupied by refrigerator and microwave.
Property is pretty run down and crappy. It looks good on the outside and then walk in and it’s like a feces pile with hall ways and a rundown elevator that I didn’t even trust to use after the first time because it rattled and clanged before coming to a halt that almost scared me to be honest.
It was nice
I didn’t like that they overbooked mad we didn’t get a room. The entry way is too small and not inviting.
The sign on the building was lit up but had nothing on it so you had to get to the front door before you k we it was the right one. Our room smelled like marijuana and our neighbors music was very loud.

Location was great. Around a lot of food and easy to get in/out the hotel
I liked that they were nice to me on behalf of my situation with my car breaking down.
They should be giving a discount on the rates since their not including the free breakfast and The lobby Who is having reconstruction work but other than that was a pleasant place to stay
We have been staying at the Red Lion for years. I will say it is improving on cleanliness and looks. However they have been doing construction on this hotel for what seems like the last two years we have started staying at it. Our last stay we had to be up at 3am to get to the airport. Well at midnight and 1am, you could still hear them banging around with tools, dropping stuff of the floor. So loud. The non smoking ground rooms smell like smoke as well. I don’t know if it’s coming through the vents from construction workers or what, but not impressed either.
