The location was easily assessable by both road and rail

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t replenish towels or toilet paper. They never cleaned the room when they said they were going to. They wouldn’t give me an extra blanket for my bed. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. They didn’t have my room ready when I got there. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel and service.

when I arrived at 8;45 office was closed. night maintenance manger explained that you must arrive before 8 pm to check in.There was no info about that any where in orbitz or in my confirmation. all other motels in area were full. Slept in my horse trailer!!

Terrible condition, 40 years of cigarette holes in every inch of carpet, bare particleboard furniture with sharp corners, not even any laminated edges, bad beds, old fixtures.... By far the worst place I've ever seen. Staff tried to kick me out and keep my money after rousting me from bed with no clothes on for not answering the door quickly enough - I told them they would have to call the police if they planned to kick me out and I didn't hear another word about it for the rest of the stay. This place should be shut down, and I would NEVER stay at ANY "Intown Suites" ever again. Horrible!

Had the room for a week, the room had quite a bit of abuse, light switch was broken. The room was usable but Far from what I would expect for a place in Aurora, CO.

Can't complain it was ok & affordable- nice location -easy access to the freeway

When I reserved this hotel, the information on the website said that if you expect to arrive after 8pm, call the hotel to arrange for after-hours key pickup/checkin. Fine. The morning of the day I was to arrive, I called the front desk to find out where to get the key since I was arriving after 8 as instructed. They said it was not possible to check in after 8 under any circumstance. Had to cancel the reservation and find a new (and more expensive) one at another hotel the day I arrived.

Dirty carpeting sticky floors bath towels way to small bed spread filthy.

I didn't realize this place was an extended stay hotel, so that means some people pay by the week to live there. The people that stay there are a little sketchy and we also witnessed someone being kicked out for reasons unknown. There is a musty smell that they try to cover up with a lot of deodorizer/air freshener, but you can still smell it. We also got in one night and neither one of our key cards worked. There was someone onsite after hours that did come help us, but it was still very inconvenient. We would have checked in somewhere else, but because we booked through Orbitz we couldn't simply get our money back from the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly though.

That place is a dump, it smells horrible and there's trash all over!!!

Experience was a shock. We are use to hotels and when booking Inn Suites we did not for see or expect what we got. We did not know there were no amenities.. No maid service. Enough soap to last 3 days and we were there 7 days. No utensils to use even if we used the stove. No coffee maker. Only two thin cups to use for 7 days. Refrigerator noisy all night. Two thin towels to last us 7 days and no bathmat. No fresh sheets. Most uncomfortable bed ever slept in. Office had limited hours.

i found hotel to be a dump but they just acquired it and while i was there they started painting the halls and outside of the building . nothing close to do just a couple of restaurants.

I actually refused to stay in such a terrible hotel. The neighborhood wasn't the best either. There wasn't anyone in the lobby at the counter to check me in! Also, I couldn't even get into the lobby! I had to wait for someone to come out of the door before I could go in. I am so disappointed with this hotel. I will NEVER return!

it was great experience and i liked how nice the staff were as well.

The rooms weren't very clean, but for the price is was good.

It was great for the money you want to spend, but my room had a very strong odor. But other than that it was great for the price.

The room was filthy and I did not feel comfortable walking around without my shoes on. And I didn't even think about cooking in the full kitchen that they have. Lastly, I can understand you cannot control the type of people that stay there, but, let's just say that I looked outside and checked on my car quite often....AVOID.

the room was very dirty looked like it had not been cleaned an old towel was in the shower urine was on the base of the toilet there was cigarette burns on the sheets and curtains hotel staff was rude i was there for three days and never saw house keeping this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in i would not recommend anyone stay here

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was not as clean as it could have been, but the the staff quickly moved to make things right. Great to have a full kitchen, washing facilities and flat screen TV. All in all a good value.

Good hotel for a weekly stay. Was surprised that i had to put up a $100.00 cash deposit..since i paid with a credit card. Someone had used the bathroom and didn't flush tho.
