I would say there is not a better extended stay for the price!.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, old , in disrepair. One bar of soap and nothing else in the bathroom. Bad stay.

Good lesson to check reviews before booking a hotel. This was one of the worst chain hotels we experienced. This was by no means a cheap room, with an above-average rate through orbitz. At check-in, my wife got hit on by a drunk customer. The elevator up already smelled bad, which should have been a sign. The large double room we got was freezing cold when we entered and smelled awful. The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, with pubic hair still present in the shower. The kitchenette looked like several parts had been ripped from it. One of the chairs had a big brown stain on it that looked like vomit. The front desk apologized for the manager not being available to receive our complaints, but got her on the phone after persistence from our side. The phone conversation was disappointing, after which we decided to check out and leave. We did receive a full refund.

Issues: 1. My room did not have smoke detectors. They were pulled right out of the celing. 2. Even though it is a no smoking facility there are cigarette butts in the gravel and mulch that are rather old. It looks like an ashtray. 3. There was garbage under the stairs that was there for the week I was there. 4. The elevator control panel was being held up by tape and there was beer cans in there for several days. 5. Beer bottles stayed out in eyes view for a week. 6. There was trash in the hallways that were never vacuumed. 7. The door to the stairwell was broke causing me to pinch my fingers. It was obvious they have a lack of housekeeping and maintenance workers. This place is disgusting. I have seen project housing kept with more pride. My suggestion to anyone thinking about getting a room here, don't. Put out an extra 20$ and stay at something better. The only reason I stayed the week is because it was paid for a week and I would of lost almost a thousand dollars. I will never use an extended stay again. I see nothing but complaints about this company. I wish I would of researched better.

My experience was terrible, didn't get good sleep as something kept biting me all night. And when I woke up I found two bugs in the bed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! We were traveling with three kids and upon checking in and entering our room I wanted to check out. I didn't want the kids to sit, let alone sleep on the beds. The room was dirty (garbage under the couch and food under the bed), there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the room smelled like smoke, bathroom had black mold. We immediately made other hotel accommodations. Stayed one night out of our 4 night stay. I read some of the reviews online before booking and thought "how bad could it be?" It is that bad!!! Lesson learned. Pictures on website are a lie. Extended Stay should be ashamed to have this hotel be a part of their franchise.

My room smelled like cheap body spray and cigarettes. And the best part was the condom wrapper on the floor next to my bed. But on a positive note the girl at the front desk was very nice when I arrived and the shower had good water pressure.

Front desk crew on days are very nice. Real easy to talk too! They just seem under staffed and need much better maintenance. Have stayed there several days and never once seen a maintenance worker at all! Other than that the crew is great cold be cleaner. But I also understand that people are pigs and have no respect for the property

Rude and inconsiderate people I have recently had housing issues I am a security guard and was waiting for my boy friend to bring money the staff made me leave the room on a 13 degree day after working all night

When we got to our room after checking in it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. This hotel claims to be smoke free so we went back to the front desk and complained. They switched our room and the new room smelled like cigarette smoke too, just not as strong. At this point I was tired of dragging my luggage to and from the lobby so we stuck with the second room. When it came time to check out I waited at the front desk 10 minutes before calling the hotel and they hung up the phone on me. I said hello loudly so if someone was in the back room behind the desk they would hear me. Well they heard me and shouted at me to wait while they fixed breakfast. I will not be staying at any more Extended Stay Hotels.

Dirty hotel !! Fixtures in bathroom coming away from sink, hair around counter tops, hair in washcloths. Just to name a few. Filthy hotel. For a newer hotel it was dirty and unkept and under staffed. Dirty Floor in lobby and in room- smelled of food and not cleanliness. Hated it.

Hotel is ok... Not real clean, hallways dirty, pool not in operation on a 95 degree day. Not much in the way of grab and breakfast. In fact, the baskets were empty. We will not choose to stay here again.

Noisy & mattress not comfortable. Staff was helpful

The hotel was okay but there was a lot of homeless people around the area.

I received a room at first that looked as though room service had been half way cleaned. But I brought it to the attention of the staff and was bumped up to a different room that would normally be at a higher price. I wasn't too impressed with the first room, but the way the staff handled it was outstanding. I'll be coming back.

Very good hotel. Good location being close to Buckley AFB, being the reason I was at this stay. Usually not the greatest staff, but the staff this time was outstanding and very timely which is my usual problem at this location. Comfortable room and an overall good stay. I plan on booking through this hotel again my next time needed in the area.

If I could give this hotel a rating of zero, I would. First of all, the whole hotel is extremely dirty. The breakfast room was filthy, in fact, we saw a dog urinate on the floor twice and no one bothered to clean it up. The mattresses are cheap and hard. Even though the rooms have a stove, cupboards, fridge, there are no flatware, pans, etc., so to take advantage of the kitchen, you would need to bring all your own kitchen ware. No coffee maker in room. Garbage is overflowing all over the hotel and dumpster area.

After having to move 4 times, we finally got a room half way clean. From fifthy to toilet doesn't work to shower curtain hanging from one screw. All rooms were stained floors, stain sofas. Security non exsistant. People puting rocks in side doors to keep open and not using room card to enter. Drinking and hanging out by the door by who knows. Kids running up and down hallways. Trash in front of elevator for three days. No one seemed to be in charge. Manager was never there. Maintaince man not showing up for work. Trashed all around building. The only reason I give a one star is because of the assistant mgr. who tried to find us a clean room, but there was not one in the building since she could not find me one. Their grag and go breakfast from 6-9 was a joke. Always out of coffee by 7 or 8. Entrance dirty. Floors dirty. Looks nice from pictures. I should have found another motel but after moving 4 times it got to be a challenge and I didn't want to waste my vacation looking for another place. The fire alarm went off at 1 in the morning. No responce from management. At 3 am, my wife was awaken by some woman screaming and cursing someone in the parking lot. Might have been the same woman who was next room beating on her room door and using the same language. I took pictures. The manager should be fired along with every one else except the assistant manager. Be warned

this place is trashed.

trash under stairs broken door handles both smoke detectors ripped out of the ceiling broken door

Please accept my apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments. Since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor.
