Cozy Apartment with Everything we needed for the weekend! Neighborhood was nice! Lots of people out walking with kids or dogs. Nice walking distance to lots of little restaurants. Host is very responsive! Would definitely book again!

Everything was perfect for this stay! Great location, kitchen had everything we needed to start our days and cook at. This place is clean and so accessible for what we needed. I am definitely keeping this place in mind for future Denver visits!

Such a cute place! Immediately had the charm with the decor and comfort. The hosts had everything you would need and more. Communication was great and they made sure we were well taken care of. Amenities were nice and I can tell they take pride in their property. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything was very comfortable. Lots of space to park on the street. The apartment was wonderful. Cozy, clean, great amenities, it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again. Gannon is a great host. I made a mistake with my booking, and he wqs kind enough to give me some exrra time to check out. Absolutely wonderful place to stay for a single person or a couple.

Had everything we needed and more. Host was always there when we needed anything. It’s in a nice pretty quiet neighborhood and it’s close to almost anything you can think of. This felt like a home and worth the stay. 6 out of 5 starts if I could!!

Great little spot close to everything. Historic town of Sunnyside was just right before and after the 3-day music festival we were in town for. Gannon was available when we reported a slow drain, and it was fixed by the time we got back. Great stay, great host, great time!!

Fantastic Stay

The home was perfect and cozy! Hosts were excellent and attentive without being overbearing. There’s a small fridge and freezer with all the appliances you could need for a quick vacation. The location is amazing as well - only 10-20 from the city and easy access to head north towards Boulder/Westminster as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy and convenient spot in town!

Loved the decor, easy check in/out directions and quick responses from the host! Neighborhood was safe enough for a run in the morning and close enough to walk to food and shops! Bed and couch were cozy, shower was excellent and I appreciated coffee, cream & sugar stocked. Would definitely book this property again!

Perfect Denver Stay

The host was super responsive - changed an outside bulb promptly when I mentioned it was out. Place is very clean and fresh. Big bath, lovely tub and shower. All the amenities and kitchen supplies you could need. Bed was comfy. Loved that I could open windows for fresh air or turn on fan as needed. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Constant construction around property not disclosed prior to stay; active construction starts around 0700-0800 so not great if you plan to sleep in. Limited street parking taken up by large trucks and construction signs limiting parking. Host in and out of garage at different hours of the day; this felt quite uncomfortable for my friend and I as this wasn’t disclosed either. I would not stay here again. Place itself was clean.
