Good location. I have stayed here before and had good experiences. This stay was awful. Had to change rooms due to the toilet “screaming” when flushed (staff was very accommodating). The second room’s air conditioning wasn’t working - temp would not go below 78. The toilet took 3-4 flushes to work. Asked the next day to be fixed. That night, no changes. Maintenance finally came late at night and said everything was working. It wasn’t. I opened a window because the room temp went up to 80 degrees during the day. We stayed 3 nights. It’s a shame - I really liked it here but this will be my last stay.
The motel is great. Was a little hard navigating to it as traffic flow was very confusing.
It was affordable and within reason. The free breakfast and pool was nice, thst was one of the main reason I picked this hotel.

The dog park areas between the wings of each section of the property was especially convenient when traveling with our fur child! Staff is very polite and hospitable!

I was traveling work and my client advised me to avoid the large chains in Danbury. Being cost conscious, I ignored their advice and regretted it. The downstairs lobby smelled strongly of stale cigarettes (despite being a no smoking hotel), the building was shabby, the restaurant downstairs was empty, and the pool was full of leaves and totally disgusting. However, the staff was very friendly and professional and the room was clean (if you don’t count stained chairs and rugs).
Limited parking, dingy atmosphere, plumbing issue with first room assigned, no fridge in 2nd room...& difficult to find property
I found a bed bug crawling on my blanket and I had to switch rooms because it was too late for me to find another hotel and I could barley sleep.
Im the type of traveler that cares about the amenities at a hotel has. I wasn't able to use the pool because it was dirty, the hot tub power group was awesome. The breakfast was not sufficient for me, it doesn't have variety day to day. The location of the hotel is very convenient to restaurants and stores. The front desk staff was incredibly nice.. all in all it was a good stay
