Welcome to your tranquil coastal retreat prominently located in the gated Ritz Pointe community nestled in the resort zone of Monarch Beach. It steps from the Waldorf Astoria's Monarch Beach Resort and golf club, a short walk to Monarch Beach. The home is a secluded corner lot with a private backyard perfect for entertaining or relaxing amidst tropically inspired outdoor landscaping. The interior of the home is light and airy with a family-friendly layout, full kitchen, and ample living space.

The interior of the home is light, airy, and coastally inspired. It boasts a full kitchen with open concept feel leading into the family room. The family room has a gas fireplace and opens out to the private backyard. It also includes a formal living and dining room, a half bathroom, laundry area, and two-car garage. The second story has two bedrooms sharing a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The master suite is separates from the two bedrooms by a great room which has two futons perfect for extra sleeping accomodations. The master suite includes a large bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. The entire house is very light, bright, and airy, and it gets a soothing sea breeze keeping the area comfortable year round.

The home is located in the resort area of Monarch Beach, which is a district of Dana Point. The community backs up to the Monarch Beach Resort and is an under-five-minute-drive to the Ritz Carlton. Ritz Pointe is a gated community with walking trails connecting it to the surrounding resorts, golf club, and beach. It is an approximately 15 minute walk from door-to-sand, and accessible to four beaches: Monarch Beach, Salt Creek, Strands, and Shells Beach. Ritz Pointe is also next to a local free trolly stop which can take you to the nearby Lantern District of Dana Point, downtown Laguna Beach, the Ritz Carlton, and Capistrano Beach. There are also a number of hiking trails nearby with beautiful views of the ocean. The neighborhood is surrounded by a wide selection of world class restaurants. Local nightlife is available in downtown Dana Point and Laguna Beach, and more vibrant nightlife options can be found about 25 minutes north in Newport Beach.
