First of all, the selection made from Expedia’s portal did not match up with my selection. Expedia’s deceptive tactics were not appreciated! The hotel room photo’s and my selection did not match. I selected a king size suite with a terrace and there was no terrace!! The room was never cleaned or, serviced during my entire stay!! The furniture was old and you could smell the stinch in the room!

I wpuld have given 4 but i was lied to before coming that pool is heated. Thank goidness jacuzzi worked but only 2 jets and kids filtjy it up because of no pool. The breakfast was same every day and COLD. The ladies serving were very friendly to their hispanic culture customers but not too much for us othwrs.
