Choose from Beach Hotels in Three Arch Bay

" 1) contacted establishment two weeks in advance regarding airport shuttle, never did they specify that they would only pick/drop off at John Wayne airport. 2) requested for airport shuttle to John Wayne airport for drop off and they have no shuttles available today even though I had confirmed and requested for one at 830 am 3) the day of check in the AC unit was not working the room was hit and suffocating, they switch me from a double bed room to a king size …or if I wanted fans in the hot room..no other accommodations 4) none of the phones in the room work, if we needed anything we would have to constantly come down to front desk 5) housekeeping came once the entire stay we were here! ONCE! the second time they came was the day of the check out to ask if we were checking out! The one time they came for housekeeping they did half a job on the bed! 6)there was no indications on their website that there would be contractions going on in their establishment that should be clearly indicated on their site so that people can chose to stay in their facility with alll the noise going on"
