This apartment also features a urban simplistic zen patio, for the traveler needing to take in fresh air. PLUS, in appreciation, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum. Furnished with a Plush Queen Bed, Comfortable Queen Sofa Sleeper, Laptop/office Station, Fully stocked Kitchen & Bathroom. Always fresh linens & coffee provided. For guests with little ones, we provide a Pack-in-Pack (listed as a crib).

Great price and great location

My family of 6 (12 yo down to a 3 year old) stayed here an entire week. Location was very close to everything we did while visiting dallas (zoo, downtown, museums) and a short drive to fort worth. It is nice having gated parking out back. We drive a suburban and were a little big for the spot but never had any issues parking or getting out. The place had everything we needed while there and anytime we reached out to the host they were quick to respond. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ideal Location

We rented this cute little townhouse for our stay to attend the Madonna concert on March 25, 2024 and it was and in a perfect location. 30-minutes form DFW, 5-minutes from the American Airlines Center, close to restaurants, shopping, the Arboretum. I highly recommend this place if you just need a clean place to stay for rest and shower.

Very clean and updated

Though we had a little trouble checking in due to communication issues, the place lived up to our expectations of cleanliness. Location is great, very close to everything you need; Target was just down the road. The neighborhood was a little strange to us, maybe because we live in a small town, but there was plenty of new construction and nice, quiet neighbors, but in the midst of an older neighborhood with questionable individuals walking by. There was also construction right next door, so it was quite messy to look at. I would have liked to park in the private lot in the back, but we were forced to park out in the street. Nit-picking aside, this was a great experience overall
