Spacious house for 18 people on a Lakeshore 1/4 acres lots. New exterior deck is a great place for outside gathering. Fenced yard on a hill offers a play ground for kids and pets. We are one mile away from a public boat dock on Lake Ray Hubbard. Close to TX-66, I-30, shops and restaurants. Modern interior renovated. Four bedroom downstairs and one large bedroom upstairs are suitable for large groups. Huge living, dinning and kitchen areas.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
