We checked in here to do a quick overnight before staying the following evening at my sisters. Check in was easy, the place was under construction, but it was pretty clean. The bed was so comfortable, and we really appreciated the black out shades in the room. This room was a great value and in a good neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend

It sucked, blood on top bedspread. Pubic hairs on top sheet. tv did not work, tried to call desk, and phone didn’t work. When I ask for my money back the guy refused! Said I need to go through hotels.com hav photos but holding for hotels.com

The Time I saw a Person who was very threatening.

Before I checked into my room, I was rudely greeted by an African American Man who was looking to start trouble near the front door of the hotel.

Basic but completely fine

The location was convenient, and we saved about $15 over other available places. I might spend the money for amenities if I were going to stay in the room more. The bed was comfortable and there was a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and a small tv. The chairs were fine. If you want a soft towel, bring your own. Theirs are exfoliating.

The room felt dirty and smelled stale. The furniture and the room itself appeared to be in need of cleaning and replacing. The front desk clerk was very polite.

Paid for room ahead of time and was told if I wasn't there in time. They were gonna take my money and not give me a room because I had to work late. They were going to refuse a key for my room because I had to work later.

Was a clean, convenient place near my fam. Easy access to highway and Rockwall. No frills but bed was comfy and room was clean. Don't expect brand-new tho!
