Friendly staff clean properly. Front sliding doors were not working so they were left opened the entire time plus it was cold out. Breakfast was a 2 on a scale of 1-5. Very small dining area.

TV, air conditioners, stairs, slippery bath, food and etc..not so good

It was a very nice hotel for last minute booking. The staff was great especially the young lady at breakfast.

I love staying at this hotel! Room is clean, bed is comfy, and staff is very friendly and helpful. I've not had their breakfast, though they do have one.

This hotel was a good value and is conveniently located around many eateries and lots of shopping. I was impressed with the very helpful and friendly staff. I would certainly stay again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very small and felt kind of crammed together. Fitness room needed an update. The staff was extremely friendly. Paula, the lady serving breakfast was incredible. Nicest lady in Texas. Rooms were very clean and overall not a bad stay.

no problems...clean hotel...heater didn't work in room...they gave me a space heather.

Tom was nice and clean. Zero common space. Right next to very well lit car dealership. I won't go back.

The room was very warm and even though it was non-smoking it had that smoky smell. We were disappointed. It was our first time to use this site and for the price we expected it to be what it said.

The staff were very professional and nice. The food was hot and always ready - female host was very sweet and helpful.

The hotel itself is average but the staff takes ownership to ensure their guests are well taken care of from housekeeping to check in to breakfast dining staff! Location worked great for me - near my family, the lake, shopping and main highway.

This place was perfect for our needs. There is a cleaning lady that takes care of the breakfast area in the morning and she is AMAZING!! She always asks if everything was OK and has a great attitude! She needs a raise because she sets a great tone for the whole hotel! The breakfast is also good for the value. the hotel is tidy and clean, but again, the lady in the morning makes the hotel! You'll know her when you run in to her.

A very well operated, conveniently-located hotel near great shopping and easy access to the freeway. The breakfasts wee super, thanks to Paula, the lady serving us so graciously. A bit pricey, but worth it. We will return in a few months, and would recommend it highly.

I requested a smoking room obsiously because I smoke. But when we entered the room, the smoke odor was horrible. They could have at least left the A/C-Heater unit on to keep air moving and have sprayed some type of air freshner. The Remote for the TV did NOT work at all. Luckily I have the same brand of TV and was able to navigate it. The breakfast was absolutly nasty. Cold eggs, Cold sausage, toaster did not work. The orange juice was good.

A little expensive, but the cheapest place I could find within 10 miles of my destination. No complaints except that the A/C didn't cool the room as well as I would have liked and the fan they brought to my room was filthy. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice indoor hot tub, pool, workout room, breakfast area, etc. Room was clean.

This place seemed either new or newly remodeled. Everything smelled clean. When we shut our door, the outside noise was shut away with it. The lady serving breakfast was really nice. We will be back.
