They stole my money. I asked for a refund and was told I would get it. over seven days later, still no refund. In addition, no one answer the phone.

The place is not clean at all they dont clean at all. The only clean sheets you get is the half cleaned bedding they have on there when you get to the hotel. The phones are nasty and half broken. The dresser draws are broke down. The remote dont work and one litle drop it shatters to pieces. The trash is taken out from the complex every two to three weeks. They dont give out clean towels except the half cleaned ones you get when you first come in. They lie and say they clean a sanitize to follow the law thats a lie

Where to begin. Sheets and bed cover had burn holes in them and a black hair under the pillow. Only 1 sad flat pillow on a queen bed which was a queen mattress on a full frame. Floor was filthy with my shoes sticking to it and leaving prints in the goo. The tv was on when i entered the room and it wouldn’t turn off or volume did work nor channels selector. Had to have them come disconnected it. Saw Beetle bugs and cockroach in the room. Shower was scary so didnt use. Never again!!!

They did not honor their reservations because they did not have any staff to clean the rooms. Very bad attitude. Would not help find other accommodations. I want my money back.

I did not like a single thing they offer including no room when I had guaranteed nonrefundable reservation. They had rooms with 2 beds but would not let me rent one!!!!!!!!

Check in was the worst I have ever experience and the check in guy was totally mean and rude. They had overbooked and I had a non refundable reservation which was not available. He would not let me even charge my cell phone to resolve this horrible situation. I call Obritz to resolve the issue and could only talk to people in foreign countries that were totally unconcerned about my situation. They continued to call back the hotel for no results and then continually put me on hold with not results and then passed me to the next agent. I spend 4 hours being passed around as each one took 30 to 45 minutes on various holds. Finally the 5 or 6th person agreed to find me a hotel for the night which took another 45 minutes putting me on hold numerous times while I kept telling her I only had 9% battery left and then 5% and then 2% and then finally no time left which cut me off with no confirmed reservation for the night. She had finally found a hotel when we got cut off so I took a chance and drove the motel and they did have me a reservation. By the way, thjis telephone attendant required me to agree for them to chage my credit card for the motel but at least it was for the original amount again and assured me that the charges to the Home Towne Studio Dallas-Irving TX would be refunded. As a side not I was told several times that the nonrefurndable reservation had a cancelation penalty which would be required to change my reseravation and Home Town Studio...message stoppe

More like a county jail or a loonie bin than a hotel. Room smells of feces, there are roaches in the bathroom and on the nightstand, police activity due to insane tenants making threats. This is the single worst place i have ever stayed. Owners should be arrested and jailed.

My experience at the Studio was in one word " Terrible." The room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The sheets hadn't been washed. I had to purchase Air freshener & Bathroom cleaner to disinfect. Their were holes in the walls whixh had been patched and the bed was merely a mattress on top of a metal frame. They informed me I would face a $2000 fine for smoking in room which should have been increased to $5000 becasue I saw individuals smoking in their doorway, I believe this constitutes "outside" room. Secondly, I woke to the deep sound of Spanish boom box music as the day laborers "illegals" piling into their trucks in the morning to go and work on some construction site. And lastly, their would be individuals running around screaming and talking on their cell phones arguing which kid needed to be taken to school the next day,

bugs in the room, on the floor, in the bathroom, bugs/insects on the wall near headboard, bugs crawling into room 308 from neighboring room 306 where those guests had potted plants in their window with a cat sleeping in one of those potted plants that had worn blue bowtie around his neck, sleeping. everybody there, including staff, with exception to myself, were negro. I had only seen 4 whites at that property. terrible.

The room was clean, but towel service non-existent during the stay. Renovations made the access inconvenient at times and other guests were noisy. The Wi-Fi was poor and staff did not know how to improve reception.

I chose this hotel because of the price and because it was close to DFW, since I had to fly out the next day. I've stayed in worse places, and it was adequate for my needs, but the room didn't smell fresh, the bed was not great, and overall it was not as nice as a Motel 6. I felt a bit uncomfortable with some of the people there who seemed to be longer-term residents, but I didn't have any trouble.

This is by far the most disgusting motel I have ever been to. The odor when I walked in the room was awful, the carpets were stained and disgusting. I am usually not very picky about most things. I had to go to the store and buy a scented candle, and some air freshener just to tolerate the odor. If I had been able I would have went to another motel. There was mold in the shower, the walls above the shower stall were peeling and the mold was coming through. the area around the "Kitchenette" was dirty and signs of mold were showing in the caulking. The bed appeared to be clean, as did the sheets, however I did not sleep under the covers, I remained clothed and slept on top of the bedspread. My room was a non-smoking room, but part of the odor in the room was of stale cigarettes. Smokers stood outside on the walkway and smoked and the second hand smoke would get sucked into the air conditioner and into my room. I asked them to move several times to no avail. In addition to all of that the old style tube TV did not have a remote control, and I had to change the channels and volume control manually. I am usually not to picky about the places I stay, but in this case I would never recommend anyone ever stay at this place.

My room was to be non smoking and when i told the desk clerk she said oh no. So I showed her the booking info and sure enough it said no smoking. Gave me a different room or said so. The room was dirty, stuff on the walls and doors. no cups or glasses for a glass of water at all. Old ancient tiny tv. pulled out the drawer on the chest of drawers under the tv and half a drawer fell out in my hand. Furniture came from the dollar store of walmart. No one in office from 11p to 7a the desk clerk said. When I walked down from my room there were 2 guys trying to get into a room with a credit card. no phone book or info on restaurants or anything. Surely wont stay there again!!!!! If you are going to run a hotel you should do basic cleaning and upkeep and have at least a plastic cup to get water from the dirty faucet!
