Very good experience overall, unfortunately when we wanted to extend our stay the hotel staff did not give us the same rate than our two previous nights (which we reserved the very day we checked in) and we had to spend our third night in another hotel. Plus they offer complimentary snacks by the elevators but they were not fresh. Clean, great breakfast and wonderful service overall.

I am super satisfied with this hotel, everything is class A, personal, installations, amenities and location, I definatly will choose this Hotel when I travel to Dallas again. I will recommend it to my relatives, friends and neighbors.

Even while the hotel is under construction in sections, the staff was wonderful and the stay was as well.

Everything very nice including pool and jacuzi. Convenient on and off freeway. Staff all friendly.

My only disappointment is the lack of complimentary amenities...would have preferred free wifi and complimentary coffee in the lobby.

We had booked a package including a car rental and so would expect to have parking included. This was not so we had to pay extra. Staff - the concierge staff and valet parking staff were very friendly and exceptionally good. The rest of the staff were not. We had requested a room away from the highway. When we checked in we were told that the room was quiet and was airline certified. However, the traffic noise was quite loud. Had to buy ear plugs for the next night. The rooms were not cleaned too well and these were cleaned quite late in the afternoon (4pm). Towels requested were not delivered - had to ask the cleaning staff for extra towel. The food that we had in the bar was really good. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

When we checked in we realized to our horror that there was some type of soccer convention going on for the entire length of our stay. We were put in a room in the middle of a hall full of teenaged, stinky soccer playing boys. The ice machine and soda machine on the floor were already out of order when we checked in the room. I went to the front desk to request a change to another floor since we didn't really feel comfortable with the initial room assignment, (we are two 30 something married women) and inform them of the out of order vending machines. They graciously provided us a room on the top floor. When we got in the room we were pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The room and floor were peaceful and quiet for the remaineder of our stay. The only complaint was that the kids didn't have any etiquette for using elevators and it usually stopped at every floor and then no one would be there to get on when we stopped. The room rate included free internet access and buffet each day (a $30/day value) for free. It is in walking distance to several fun bars/restaurants as well as the Galleria and quick highway access. This was our 2nd stay here in 3 years and look forward to future visits.

Rooms were clean and hotel was close to numerous restaurants. Short drive to Arlington, Texas for the Dallas Cowboys stadium.

From check in to check out it was a wonderful overnight stay.

I had been to this hotel before & we had a much bigger room for the same price we paid for this one, which was very small. [...]

First key didn't work so back to desk. Second key worked but room was not clean. Third try a success. Front desk staff polite and helpful.

Filled all our expectations, Thank you

The [...] booking meant that Marriott did not have my rewards number, gave NO elite night stay credit, and placed us in a much lower grade room.Nothing wrong with the hotel--I have stayed there before. Just that second class citizenship is as fun.

We got the free breakfast package. The breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful (the view wasn't great). The staff was very friendly. The location was literally around the corner from several restaurants and opportunities for fun. However, the shuttle was frustrating. The information book said it'd be open until 12. The front desk said 11. But, when we were leaving the pub after midnight for New Years we saw another couple being picked up by the shuttle as we were getting in the car. And you're given 2 coffee pods, but 1 cream, 1 sugar, & 1 SweetNLow. That wasn't enough for my husband & I to have 1 cup of good coffee.

Stayed at hotel for convenience in relation to workshop attendance for my daughter. Rooms were a little small and could have used a refrigerator! Also, ice machine was not working on our floor...when I called front desk to ask for ice, I was told they couldn't help me and that I needed to go get it myself from another floor! Normally, I wouldn't have minded, but I was there by myself with a 5 month old and a five year old that were sleepy and cranky! Service was also pretty slow in the restaurant and very pricey! Bed was awesome!!!

I came to Dallas to visit friends and attend a 4 day extravaganza for a Birthday party! There was absolutely nothing that would have made my stay better! The staff was very attentive and friendly! The food was great, but a little pricey. It was a most enjoyable trip and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Atmosphere was great! You always want to get away and not worry where to stay. I know i'd stay there again.

When we arrived someone meet us at the car and asked for the keys... no one help us with our bags. They just wanted to move the car then charge $10 for that, and $10 to park there for the day. We checked in everything was good, the room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable we loved it. The sheets and room was cleaned daily when ever we decided to leave the room. We had to request for a microwave and frige. The biggest problem I had with this hotel is we had to pay for everything that should have been free since this hotel is so high in price. We had to pay for breakfast, and pay to park our car which was $10 a day. Other then that the location was good, it was walking distance from many resturants and bars.

The hotel was clean and operated very business like. Not having my own vehicle was a diability since any amenities off premises were relatively far. The hotel's restaurant was adequate. I had a problem conecting my lap top to their system. Felt not very compatible. Bathroom comfortable as was room set. The staff was very helpful and curteous.
