I felt safe here and since it was next to the airport rather than downtown or next to an entertainment area, most of the other guest here were quiet and nice.

Nice decent hotel... Nice staff.. clean hotel .. breakfast not good.. better pay 15-20 more and stay in hayatt etc if you don't eat pork beef... All there hot food in breakfast is just pork and eggs .. if u stay 7 days.. u don't get anything...other then pork and eggs in breakfast hot items... They have bread, toast , cereal, uncut fruits - apple banana and orange .. but you need something hot to eat other then egg and pork on daily basis.. special requests regarding breakfast items won't be considered.. they give free american dinner - on Tuesday and Wednesday with some hard drinks

Would have received 5 stars...But Getting Free Coffee Grounds and not getting two bottles of water to make a morning coffee before the 6:30 breakfast bar opens for the vacuum coffee pump is placed out. It is next to an airport! People catch a 6:00am flight....not a loss for the chain...they get free coffee and you save because they didn't fill up on the Breakfast bar... For Real? I guess without a early morning coffee that doesn't taste like a fish lake brew....just starts your day off not so impressed..

It was great trip and I don't feel like saying anymore

Arrived at 2am. They had a shuttle pick me up inside 20 minutes. Great beds. Clean and polite staff..and the best rate around the airport.

I spent 2 days and nights at this hotel. Everything was nice except that i was charged 119.37 for nothing when i checked in. They told me that it would be going back to my account when I checked out. It's been 5 days since i checked out and I don't see that amount of money going back to my bank account. I'm not happy with this issue.

Great stay for family visiting from out of town. Easy to get to from Las Collinas, where I live. At the present time, there is a lot of construction in the area. Some of the back roads between 114 & 635 were actually closed, but the main highways are no problem.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was really nothing out of the ordinary to rave about but we have no big complaints either. We did like that they served bacon and eggs at breakfast though. That was a nice change from many continental breakfast choices that hotels offer.

Great hotel to stay. Staffs are very friendly, very helpful. Not too many restaurants nearby if you don't have a car.

Hot breakfast buffet included was a plus. Friendly staff, clean room.

Katrina greeted us warmly and kindly when we arrived tired from a long day of travel and made us feel like family. Your shuttle drivers went the extra mile to take is to Grapevine Historical District and pick us up later in the day to catch our flight. This experience certainly changed our mind about staying at Comfort Inns. We big fans now.

Shuttle never came, had to call them. Staff were nice, room run down, cracked, dirty tile and grout in bathroom. Even for the 8 short hours we were there, Id pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

Stayed there for two nights ..first night was ok but second night ac stopped working and random people started knocking our room also guest were very loud on the hall way probably drunk or something ..we didn't complain to the front desk since it was too late at night ..hall way has a mildew smell but room was fine

Everything was great and went like it's suppose to. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great (Eggs, sausage, etc). Close to everything in Grapevine and the airport

The hotel was clean, warm, and very comfortable. What made this hotel exceptional was the service that I received from the hotel staff. They have shuttle service to and from the airport which is why I chose this hotel but the shuttle driver also drove me and my family to a nearby restaurant so we could get something to eat and the driver also picked us back up and drove me and my family back to the hotel. In the morning they even waited for us, we were a few minutes late getting downstairs and the driver waited for us to arrive. I would recommend this hotel as well as I would stay here again if I am ever in the DFW area again.

Love this Hotel! Stayed here before! Very clean and comfortable beds!! Nice hot shower with great water pressure!! Wonderful fresh hot breakfast provided in the morning! Shuttle to DFW too, or leave your car there for the "park and fly" deal! Nice staff as well.

I wished the hot tub was hotter. But maybe that's just me.

Helpful and friendly staff, including shuttle drivers

The stay was good and it was convenient to airport.

Bug bites from sitting in a chair in the room! Would not stay here again!
