Our stay at Ramada in Cranbrook was simply outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were highly impressed with the property. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Our biggest complaint was trash behind the Bathroom door. And the heater/AC ran the whole stay. And the pool was closed. . . Eeeek when traveling with kids. . . . . Man that sucked. Staff however was amazing!

Our stay was quite pleasant. The facility was very clean and well managed. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to medical reasons but the staff was very understanding and kind to us.

The property was clean, friendly and at a great price-point. However, all cups, cutlery and dishes were plastic - a health and planetary hazard and now illegal according to new federal regulations. Reusable dishware would have been MUCH preferred. I will bring my own if this situation isn't changed next time. I will call in advance.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. My room was beautiful—clean, spacious, and with a fantastic view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed every morning.

Booked this staycation to celebrate my son’s birthday. Intended to play in the pool and enjoy the slide. Pool area is not maintained, dirty, no water circulation in the pool and lots of settled sediment in the pool and hot tub. Front desk closed to pool for health concerns and we never got to use it. Was terribly disappointed, won’t ever stay here again. Front desk lady was lovely tho.

The room was nice. The shower left something to be desired, but there was no lack of hot water. The pool was cold. Being winter, you'd think it would be warmer.
