Check in was slow one person on check in If the phone rang he would take the call which happened two time's. There was a manager in the office Who should have taken the phone calls while people We're trying to check in. The breakfast was ok but Sparse.

There was a line up of people checking in when we got there and the clerk handled it like a pro. Friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and accessible. I really appreciate opening a hotel room and having a clean smell reach your nose. We went to the Bayleaf restaurant attached and thoroughly enjoyed some indian cuisine. Quiet, clean and friendly staff...what else could you need? I recommend you stop in this place on your travels!

Helpful front desk and maintenance team

Front desk and maintenance person were very pleasant and helpful. The block heater outlets were not 'on' but maintenance working with front desk had them switched on which was great for us. It was very difficult to find an onsite parking space after 7pm with larger / longer vehicles taking up multiple spaces.

We made it in pretty late, but the hotel was very nice with everything you could need! Service was excellent. Only complaint is I wish we had more time to enjoy it.
