The cleanliness of our room. We have stayed here for years passing through Cranbrook, and although there are some signs of aging, every time, except for once, the rooms have been clean, which is always a priority for us. The owner/manager, I'm not sure who he is, is always very respectful, kind and courteous.

I really enjoyed my stay at the model A. Cool cars, a spacious room and the staff i encountered were great! Just what i needed for the evening. Great value for the price compared to other hotels in the area. Will be back eventually!

It was actually very quaint and clean for an older property. However, there were drop down fights between a man and a woman all night long. I considered calling the police for someone’s safety. Check in was easy and we were pretty comfortable.

The cleaning lady knocks at the door 4-5 times very loud at 9:45 am and demanding to know when I will check out. The check prime is 11 am. Why bother me before that ? I never had any house keeping did this before. Kind of rude.
