The price was right. Thought I was going to fall through the floor. The door was flimsy and for the first time in my life of staying in hotels, I did not feel safe locking the door. I will pay more to feel safe.

You need to update your photos. Your pictures showed a pool which we thought we might use. In place of pool was a pile of rocks. No smoking in rooms but people smoking just outside rooms so we couldn’t sit outside. Rooms bit in need of updating, but bed appeared clean & bed comfortable. Bath tub in need of repair but you could shower. There was no tub plug so bath out of the question. Surrounding grout on tub unclean & broken apart. Sorry I would not stay here again & I felt what we saw on line was not what we got. We arrived after 4 pm so it was too late to cancel. Thank you, the Parsons, Kelowna , BC
