Not bad room, clean room, saw a few bugs in the morning. Breakfast was average at best. Ok place to crash for a few hours.
One of the bathroom towels even had a ball of hair stuck to it. I would have stayed across the highway at a nice newer hotel, but I checked in at 1:30 am and was so tired I didn't want the hassle. I spent a good amount of time looking for signs of bed bugs and did not see any.
Room was good at best..had a room here from 10/20/16 through 10/24/16..was in town to visit my kids. The 4 rooms below us was being used for girls being prostituted out.... traffic coming and going all night...every night of our stay...their "pimp" was also staying in one of the other rooms below us....I spent time on the balcony observing these guys coming and going all night, around the clock....on top of all that going on..observed this "pimp" making several drug deals in the parking lot..I won't be staying at this Days inn anymore..
clean, nice, affordable. clean, nice, affordable.
Clean, reasonably inexpensive place to stay.Great location...
We got to our first room and the bed was made sloppy. The carpet was lifted up in threshold of bathroom. There was a dead roach in the bathroom. There were stains on the wall and lampshade, the TV antena was hanging and dangling off the television....we asked for a new room. The guy changed our room. NO DEAD roaches but the rest was the same. I called down and asked for extra pillows because they had four small, standard pillows on a king bed, but they never brought any up. They never cleaned our room or emptied our trash or brought more towels. We stayed three nights (added a night to our stay, because it was easier than finding another place to go.) As we were leaving, we asked for a trash bag and we're told they couldn't give us one. Keep in mind...we had three trash cans full of trash in the room ..... also, our fridge didn't have a freezer....but it froze everything we had in it ....including beer, pop, wine and leftover pizza. They had breakfast until 10, bet it had all be put away by 9:30 (we didn't eat there anyway, butwe heard other guests were disappointed).... The front desk people were nice, besides for the pillow and trash bag issues. The rooms have new counter tops...they were nice. Water was super hot, that was nice.
had to come for a funeral, trip was extended twice due to family drama, staff was very helpful in accommodating the extensions, and even helped in booking a room for another family member who came later. Thank you so much!
Came for a funeral, had to extend our stay twice and book a room for another family member coming later. Staff made everything so much easier.
We only stayed one night in our way to Nashville but it was great for the price and located great.
Hotel was in a great location and moderately priced. Our biggest complaint was when we attempted to take a hot shower the first morning. After 3-4 minutes it was cold. We told the front desk and they were going to check on it. The next morning, the same thing. They switched us to a different room which smelled really bad so they switched us again. The third time was a charm. No smell and hot water the next morning. I asked about some sort of refund but nothing was ever done.
It was a great room at a great location with a great price
If you're looking for a quick resting spot, this is a great value. You get the good breakfast before you leave, but just make sure you don't stay on trash morning, as they are banging the bins about 4 am- ha. However, that's great if you're trying to get up early!
Great customer service, especially the young girl at the front desk with the blonde hair. Liked the flat screen tv and having a table with two chairs in the room.
There's big Air Conditioner noise. In spite of very clean room.
Clean, affordable, safe. Not the Ritz and Not Bad. If you are looking for a quick, safe, clean place to stay while on an epic journey - go for it! Book your room now Cheers
When you are on the road and need to control cost but have a clean, and inexpensive place to lay your head....this is your place. Can't beat the value!
Not so bad, Location is good, But the room is not very clean. Needs improvement. Thanks
Room was clean, staff was not overly friendly. Per husband, coffee was awful. Had non smoking room, allergic to smoke, but had smoke coming into room from other guest sitting on walkway smoking pretty heavily. Lots of restaurants around. Even though it is just off the main road, and very close to I40, didn't hear any car noise. Okay, but to me, not really worth the money we paid.
The hotel is close to the interstate and shopping areas. Nice and clean. Great breakfast.
Room was as would be expected from a DAYS INN. Breakfast pretty so so. Rooms clean enough. Close to the 40 and to several restaurants. Staff helpful and cheery
