Except for housekeeping failing to clean our room, everything's good.

Very nice Great value Very friendly staff Room was like a studio apartment

We booked late (graduation week) and were lucky to get a "reasonable" room... actually it was the best deal of our trip! It was fantastic; we were awestruck by the accommodations. It was not close to airports and all the rental cars were gone from airport (big oops... no car reservation). So used Bart and Uber for less than rentals...great to let others do the driving in unknown territory)

Stayed for two nights and the staff was consistently very friendly and responsive.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. All you could possibly need.

This is our favorite place in Pleasant Hill. It's close to dining and shopping and the freeway. I use the free shuttle to BART and can walk to my family's house.

The room was huge and big enough for the 5 of us.

Stayed here for 10 days of summer school time in Berkeley. Wonderful studio suite was perfect for me;king sized bed, big bath, couch and flat screen TV plus a nice sized kitchen with frig microwave sink cabinets and dishwasher. I used the kitchen everyday for making a meal. Pool and hot tub were great for ending the day. Huge breakfast offering each morning!

My daughter treated 4 adults in our family to a baseball game at AT&T Park. We needed accommodations for a couple, and 2 separate single parties. The Hyatt was able to meet our needs. With a good night's sleep each night, we were able to enjoy our baseball game, and a tour of a Livermore winery the next day.

It was clean, quiet, spacious, and made for a wonderful trip. I will be going back to the hotel many times.

I do not understand the low 3 star rating here. We chose HH because when traveling with a 5 month old it's helpful to have a kitchenette and a sectioned off sleeping area. We found HH to be clean, comfortable, and thoroughly reminiscent of our old 1 BR apartment in Concord. It absolutely satisfied all of our needs and the staff was great. The food was adequate and the bar always had a few smiling patrons when we walked by. Our only criticisms are that the website doesn't say they have a pool, which they do and, the shower head is stationary rather than extendable which is helpful when you have a little one. Other than that, 5 stars all the way.

Great value for money. Location great for getting into/out of SF/Oakland as well as getting across the bridge to wine country. Room exceeded expectations.

This was a family business trip. We stayed here when we were not able to get a room at our usual hotel and were quite pleased with it. We like the separate room because my husband and I are on different sleep schedules. He is an early riser and I am not. This room was probably a little bit more than we needed and would be better for a family with children or for someone staying longer than a night or two, but I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was well situated and staffed. Amenities were great. Would recommend asking for a room on the pool side to cut down on the noise from Interstate 680.

We were on the way to send our son to college. It was such a convenient location. Hotel is very nice. Clean and comfortable. It even comes with a very good breakfast. Shopping mall and many restaurants nearby to choose from. Friendly staff made our day. Definitely recommend and will stay next time.

Loved the 2 bdrm suite. With the sofa bed we had three separate bedrooms and EVERYONE got a good nights sleep. The hot breakfast was great to wake up to. Location is close the the freeway making this a very convienient stop. I do wish they kept the coffee and tea service out 24/7. It was put away right after breakfast and I would have loved a cup of tea mid morning.

We enjoyed that the rooms were modern and comfortable. The swimming pool was in a nice situation with plenty chairs and tables. We like going into walnut creek for meals and to briones regional park for hikes and they are both very close.

We knew the drive from a party in Pleasant Hill back home to Sacramento would be a little too much for us, so we looked for an inexpensive room to crash in on a Saturday night. The price was so low I was skeptical, but since the hotel had "Hyatt" in the name we were willing to roll the dice. So glad we did - the room was well furnished with new modern furniture, a firm, comfy bed and big shower. The breakfast was great, and the pool, while not luxurious by any means, was adequate and gave us the chance to put on our bathing suits and dip our toes in the water. Thanks, Hilton House!

Nice clean modern room w kitchen. Quiet. Close to dining and movies nearby. Great price too! Easy access to freeway.

hotel was recently renovated so rooms feel modern, new and clean. very convenient location right off the 680 fwy (but not loud) so makes a visit to anywhere in walnut creek and surrounding areas easy!
