Huge New 4BR/2.5BA home w/ big back yard and deck

Our two- story house is a 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath just minutes from Ohio State University, Maphre Stadium, Nationwide Arena, Nationwide Childrens Hospital. Located in a great neighborhood less than a mile from I-71.

It has been completely updated throughout. The first floor has two large living areas, a large kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms that hold 6 beds including a master bedroom with its own private full bath.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

There are many updates, no doubt, but some still appear to be in process (master bath shower, water damage to kitchen ceiling) and others yet to be started (deck, deck furniture). Stayed here for my bachelorette party! Location was perfect - close to everything but far enough away from the noise. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Beds were comfy - I’d recommend getting new pillows or bringing your own. I would upgrade some items - back sliding door and the lock to the front door. But overall, the house was just what we needed! Definitely spacious.
