Even though they couldn’t accommodate the room (2 beds) I rented through Orbitz, they were very helpful. The rollaway bed was very comfortable. The only things we were missing were USB plugins and Splenda for coffee:)
It's a very nice property. Very clean and well kept. The only two issues we had which caused me to rate them as an ok in certain areas are as follows: our refrigerator was not working and the AC control panel was broken. When we told the front desk about our refrigerator being out. She said that they were in the process of replacing them and offered to keep our food in their back office refrigerator. They never offered to switch out our room, since we were one of the first ones to check in nor did maintenance come to repair or replaced the refrigerator. So we did not even bother to mention to them about the AC unit because we knew nothing was going to be done about it. The only way we kept from freezing all night long, we covered the AC vent up with a towel. If it had not been for these issues with the property and staff this place would have gotten a 100% satisfaction from me.
It was what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn: It was clean, the people we friendly, and there were no issues.
