Large recently remodeled hotel in Columbus, MS. Updated lobby and rooms. Food bar for breakfast and coffee available throughout the day. Stayed here several times in the past and it was getting a little dated however it is now modern.

I have stayed in many Fairfield in my travels, in fact I prefer the. This is by far the worst. The room is not as puctured, it is cramped and the furniture made for midgets. And this was supposed to be a high end room. The proce certainly reflexted that. The breakfast is disgusting. The coffee should have a warning label. Other guests are allowed to take up residence next to the entrance and smoke. The pool is postage stamp size. If you have more than 2 in it, foeget it. Oh and a 2 night stay was quoted at one price and they charged my card significantly more eithout notice. I have one more night here. Too bad I can't get them to pay for a night at Holiday Inn.

Great hotel....clean, friendly staff but loud 4 am guests who kept luggage carts in room all night so other guests couldn’t check out....RUDE....great hotel overall! Good breakfast and very convenient to restaurants.

Dont be tricked bully the looks nice but has bugs. Within 3 minutes of being in the room .y sister spotted a roach. I always complete a thorough walk through....just as I gave it a stamp of okay. A roach is spotted running up the wall!

This was a good overnight stay but I didn’t find it to be one of the better Fairfield properties. Staff was helpful and friendly, no problem with check/in. I did ask for a room on the side away from the highway but they were unable to accommodate. Room was clean and comfortable but the room noise was excessive both from hallway activity and the highway. Breakfast was a problem. We got coffee of two different types at the coffee station and both were not only the tasteless variety one often encounters when traveling but they were not hot, just kind of lukewarm. This was at 7 AM! We did a waffle at the breakfast bar and it came out crumbly, not at all like the ones we normally do when staying at Fairfield’s. Had to be a problem with the batter. Ok place to stay but needs some improvement with the breakfast, probably not much they can do about the noise.

The hotel is nice and clean. It’s in a good area. The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable. However, the odd numbered rooms are on the highway side, so you have road noise. Get an even numbered room. The commode runs continuously and the TV menu and time were not in sync. The breakfast is very good. Minor inconvenience and first world problems. I would stay here again.

Years ago this was a nice hotel. Now its old and in need of a remodel. Man who mopped halls was extremely nice and helpful as was young lady when we checked in. Rooms and lobby need to be updated. Continental breakfast okay but could have been alot better.

Two small pet peeves of mine when traveling that I experienced here: the TV channel card listing in my room didn't match the channels provided on the TV; no freezer in the in-room refrigerator to re-freeze a couple freezer packs. When traveling with a cooler, to have to ask the front desk to put my freezer packs in the kitchen freezer is a hassle. This seemed to be a newer hotel, but the carpeting in the 4th floor common hallways was ripping apart. I did like how there is a privacy wall between the toilet and shower and the orange accent wall in the room. Breakfast was good, including the blueberry waffle batter that I've never seen at any other hotel.

Big shout out to Desk Agent Braiden for your exceptional courteousness, warmth, and comportment. The stay was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very clean and in very and close proximity to restaurants and shopping facilities. This facility is accommodating for family and children.

Nice and clean hotel. The complementary breakfast was good with hot items and fruit assortment. The children enjoyed the pool. It was convenient to restaurants and other entertainment. I would recommend it.
