This hotel was very clean, up-to-date and modern. The decor was really unique and up-to-date and fashionable. I recommended it.

Upon arrival Brooke the young lady the checked us in, lied about having rooms available for an early check in. I called the hotel on our way to Mississippi from Atlanta, and asked if we can do an early check in, she said the earliest we could would be 1:00pm. This property has 103 rooms, and the parking lot had about 7 cars in the it; so I'm sure they did not have all the rooms booked. She gave another customer behind me a room immediately, without any hesitation. Brooke claimed that he called her that morning, I said so did I, then she went to say that he had a different room; so I went outside and asked the other customer and it was the same room I had asked for. So Brooke just straight and lied which I didn't appreciate it. I wrote the General Manager Nikki a letter, I called and filed a compliant, and also wrote a letter to Wyndham Worldwide Corporate office to informed them what had happen. I have not heard yet from neither.

Perfect for our purpose. 15 kids. School trip. Price was good. Staff was friendly.

Dear Anonymous, I remember this matter very well. As all guest are told, early check-ins are based upon the occupancy of the hotel the night before. The only way an early check in is not honored will be because of the room type not being available. If you would like to further discuss this issue, please feel free to contact us.
