The A.C. didn't work. The bathroom was covered in mold. Just so gross.

Quiet. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good location. Breakfast was typical complimentary, but fine. Rooms smelled clean. Tight parking.

The hotel and the rooms need to be updated. The heating unit and refrigerator didn't work. The bed pillows were worn and need to be replaced. The condition of the room was poor.

This hotel was very affordable and clean, a good comfortable basic hotel while staying in Columbia. The location is great, no frills but nice and comfortable.

clean professional friendly environment !!!!!!!! not one complaint seriously !!! not one

It was tidy, but blankets were filthy and had to be washed and put back on. The staff were attentive to our needs. Overall it was fair. I would stay for an overnighter again.

We waited several minutes to check in because the girl was new behind the desk. It took over 30 mins for a helper to step in. Poor girl it was her 2nd day, better training for new employess! Our first room, the air conditioner did not work and the room smelled musty. They need to change their shower curtains in the bathrooms they smell horrible. They gave us another room did not smell as bad. The hotel needs some upgrading and better cleaning staff for the bathrooms. There was dirt on bottom of the tub and hair on the floor when we got there.

I'll start with the good...The room was clean and the location was pretty good - convenient to all Mizzou and downtown activities. Had a mini-kitchen, which would have been nice had the sink worked properly. I needed this to wash baby bottles, so it was an important feature for me. The smoke alarm started making noise when I turned the heater on, and when I went to call the front desk I found the phones did not work. We were then told to open a window and the alarm would be okay soon...which was fine except that the window wouldn't stay open without something to prop it open. Then in the morning, we had NO hot water at all. So, overall - I do not recommend this hotel

Nice room and and breakfast for the price. I wish there were thermostats to keep the room consistent

As this was a football weekend getaway, we found the hotel conveniently located to both the highway and the stadium. Accommodations were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and excellently appointed. The availability of luggage carts was a nice touch. The front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. Most importantly, the hotel is pet-friendly since we travel with our family dog. A terrific value for the money!

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast hot, ample and tasty. Since we were visiting relatives, we were actually at the hotel only to sleep and have breakfast. The hotel is in renovation; however, we were never disturbed by noise or inconvenienced in any way. The desk staff was extremely friendly and offered to assist us should we need any further amenities. We were familiar with this particular location as we have stayed there previously when it was under another name. Our only complaint was that housekeeping was trying to clean our room at 8:30 a.m. when we would be checking out later that morning.
