parking is off one of the busier streets in town, there's a heavy homeless presence in the area* not all of them are friendly...
The weekend I stayed at the residence wasn't the warmest.The only air circulation came from what appeared to be a cooling unit with a good size square opening at the top which allowed cool air too circulate, needless to say the room was a bit cool.
