Police are always on the property and don't ever let up, you are questioned, name ran and harassed by the police if they are on the property. Not a good feeling. Other then that the staff is excellent Jeff is quite an asset to this property, he warm and understanding and will work with you when everything is going wrong in your life. Other then the police contact I really enjoyed my stay at the Nevada Flats
I highly recommend this property. The amenities are not fancy but you have all the basics- a comfortable and clean room with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff is friendly and helpful and I would stay here time and time again.
The room was good value for the money. No extra amenities but if you’re looking for a good last-minute spot to get a good night’s rest then I would recommend this place.

Noisy A/C. Shower drain not cleaned. No coat hangers or hair dryer, no full-length mirror. TERRIBLE Internet EVERY DAY!!!! Spotty or buffering problems. Outside our room wasn't too clean. They are apparently renovating (new flooring) but missed updating the shower/bathroom. The shower is the old outdated tiling with dirty grout. Sprayed painted stucco over the outlets.
Recently renovated rooms look and feel great. There was no coffee maker in room. I had to hunt for an onsite parking spot however.

We don't provide coffee makers in the room, however, we do have coffee and tea available each day at the front desk. If you missed it, ask the clerk and they may be able to make you a cup. If there is no parking in the front of the hotel, we also have parking in the rear and plenty of street parking available. We hope to see you again soon!
