Our stay was overall very nice. There were plenty of amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing we were disappointed about was that the downstairs tenants did not leave us any room to park. According to the check-in instructions, we were allowed to park on the deck side of the entrance, but the downstairs tenants were taking up all the space on purpose it seemed. It’s not dramatic, but a bit annoying, especially since I have a hurt hip and the entrance is very steep to walk up.

The home was quite comfortable and very quiet at nighttime.The view was pleasant and the hot tub was clean and quite conveniently close the entrance.An older woman had a bit of a challenge walking up the steep driveway to the stairs, but was fine once she got settled. I would certainly rebook!

Our experience was terrific! Everything was exactly the way it was described. The host was great to deal with and exceeded expectations. The hot tub was clean and functioned perfectly. It provided for relaxing evenings after long days of hiking and outdoor fun.

Place was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing! Driveway and stairs are steep and were hard for my older mom to maneuver, but no problem for me. I would absolutely stay again! Fun deer off front porch.

I loved the location. The hot tub was amazing and the little seating area was the best especially for morning coffee. Can't beat the view and the short distance from all the amazing sites!!! Will stay here again 1000%!!! I also love that therr was free and clear detergent available especially because I am highly sensitive to frangrances in detergents.

Apartment and hot tub were very clean! View from the hot tub was amazing! Full kitchen was so nice with all utensils and gadgets necessary! Be aware you need to be very quiet around 9 PM-7 AM because this is the top floor with tenants below. Certain windows also didn’t seem to close all the way or lock, meaning you will hear any little outside noise with a busy main road close by.

This apartment was well maintained, clean, and very well appointed. We used it as a home base for activities and sightseeing nearby. It is also convenient to many restaurants and breweries. It is well-equipped to prepare all your meals there if desired. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Cute Place

The property was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we ran into was the hot tub was not usable, it did not smell well, and that is what attracted us to this VRBO. Also, the lighting going up into the apartment wasn't great at dark. There is a very steep driveway, we are glad we drove pickups.

Beautiful Night Skies

This property is very close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Beds were comfortable. It was a bonus that we had access to a washer/dryer. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was great at night, dark enough skies to star gaze. We street parked as the drive way is quite steep. The one night we parked and there was a person sitting on the curb across the street from us, presuming homeless. Grocery store is less than a mile away. If pillows were replaced and ceiling air vents cleaned, this would be perfect.

Convenient Location for Sightseeing

Just stayed one night while visiting Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Good central location for visiting both locations. Apartment was clean and perfect for our family of four.

Wonderful!

Location was perfect and centrally located to everything we wanted to do! The bed was super comfortable and the place had everything we needed. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and the book with all of the instructions and recommendations was amazing! 10/10 would recommend staying here and if we ever come back in the future I would book again.

Recommended stay

Clean, nice place to stay. Hot tub was wonderful with the Mountain View. Easy check in/out process. Location was close to a bunch of tourists attractions which was nice, but going out to my car at night I felt a little sketched out. People running up and down the streets etc. Overall we will be booking here again in the future.

Great Location

We wanted something close to all the sites we wanted to see while on Spring Break. This place was perfect. Walking distance to stables to ride horses to Garden of the Gods. Very short driving distances to everything else. We soaked in the hot tub every night after walking and climbing miles.
