Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs N./Air Force Academy

Hotel is great and very comfortable. Probably your best choice for a hotel in Monument. Breakfast was decent and good selection. Now, if only the hotel would have done something about the old lady walking around annoying breakfast guests with her photo. Quite rude, especially when others don't share her religious views. I guess this type of thing is acceptable in the "Bible Belt" of Colorado.

I like the hotel it self but it said when I booked, free parking ,free internet, free breakfast ( I paid online for my 3 nights upfront) I didn't expect to pay an extra $60 at check out. If that was a fee for my FREE stuff they should of told me upfront!!

The first night we were there the alarm went off around midnight. Some idiot burned food in the microwave. We had to go outside and wait for the fire department to clear the area before going back inside. Although that wasn't the hotels fault there should have been some comp for that night. The breakfast was mediocre. The furniture in the rooms need to be updated. I have been in less expensive hotels that had much nicer decor in the rooms.

Clean, easy access to I25 near the Air Force Academy

Hotel is actually in Monument, CO. Near the AF Academy, but too far from town for convenience. Pluses: Nice staff, clean facility, great breakfast, easy off/on from freeway, beautiful views. Minuses: walls are too thin, every noise in hallway and next room clearly audible, hot tub jets not working at the time of our stay.

I thought this would be more like a suites hotel with a kitchenette. It had a refrigerator on the floor in the room, but no real kitchen. Was close to academy and served its purpose, but breakfast was a little weak and room was just ok.

Was an excellent place to stay. Only down was bed was too soft, & that is just a personal liking.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The mountain view was amazing!!! Every morning (3) that I woke up there, I had to take pictures of the mesmerizing view. It was very clean, and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The daily, freshly baked cookies and lemon water in the lobby was a unique touch. It looks just like the pictures (which seldomly happens). The breakfast was good. It is 20-30 mins away from tourist attractions. Plenty of eateries and convenience shops near.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Would happily visit again.

After driving in bad weather from Dallas to CO Springs the Fairfield Inn was a welcome retreat. From the moment I pulled up the Hotel was everything that I have come to expect from the Fairfields. Clean room, comfortable bed, high speed internet, workout room and pool. Breakfast in the morning was scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. Could have used some bacon or links, but I was fortified for my continued journey.

A last minute stay at a perfect hotel! Staff was fabulous - very helpful. The room was very clean, and perfect for the duration of my stay.

The motel was really nice and the breakfast was good, but we had a party next to us. We were kept awake most of the night
