It was clean and safe place.
Check in was quick and easy and staff very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only Disappointment was pool and hot tub both closed. I understand hot tub closed due to Covid but pool was closed because it was green!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly! What I didn’t like it that my room wasn’t at all like the pictures and I requested to be on the first floor but when I arrived I was put on the 3rd floor and was told it was booked full and they couldn’t put me on the first floor.
This was a lovely, clean property, in perfect proximity to food and shopping. The staff was great and helpful. I look forward to staying there again soon.
I’ve stayed at many Hotels in Colorado Springs. This one is my favorite . The staff is very nice. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet . They gave me exactly what I asked for when booking my stay . I will be staying there again.
Quiet hotel with high ceilings and good breakfast.
We stayed here overnight and found the room to be very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and committed to making it an enjoyable stay for us. Kids loved the pool. We'll definitely stay here again when next in town. Nice job!
Hotel was new and clean. Hair dryer did not work but had one along. Good breakfast with slight variances each day. Loved the outdoor hot tub but jets were not working one night. It is located a little further away from attractions but not a big deal.
Nice place to rest after a day of driving. Close to the freeway and food.
Location was convenient but the room was very noisy both from the AC unit that would not shut off and the banging and thumping from the guests in the room above ours. Very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I would never staff there again.

We apologize for not being able to grant your request for a lower floor. We are a pretty small hotel and generally fill up very fast which makes it difficult to fulfill every request for our guests. We will continue to try and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hope to see you again soon!
