If you are visiting Valdosta this is a wonderful property to stay at. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have happy hour and a very nice breakfast/ Also there are many restaurants within walking distance. I always stay here when I come through Valdosta.

I was looking for a decent place to stay that was affordable. I found this place. It was clean, no odors, no complaints on room (comfortable), no pests, no loud noises, no disgruntled employees, great parking. Very close to stores and restaurants. Would give 5 stars but breakfast is $11.99 and there is no internet on the tv (could not use apps to stream movies). Overall, Good stay! Would I stay again? Yes, although complimentary breakfast and internet on the tv would be icing on the cake.

Breakfast could be improved. Eggs were liquidy, making them soggy not really appealing to look at. The biscuits were hard as a rock for the biscuits and gravy. The oatmeal was runny. Overall it did what we needed but the bed was sagging in the middle, the sheets were cleaned but very stained as well as the towels so it made me nervous to whether it was actually stains or just dirty. There was a toenail in the middle of the carpet. Love that but besides all that staff was friendly and we were able to book last minute. We told the front desk about the bed and were compensated for that so thankful he did that.
