🅿️ Parking: The Brick & Beam does not offer on-site parking. However, several municipal lots and side-street parking options are available nearby and can be easily managed using the HotSpot Parking App.
Paid parking is enforced Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm. Weekends and statutory holidays are free. Hurontario Street is $1.50 per hour with a three-hour maximum. Municipal lots and metered side streets are $1.00 per hour with no time limit. All other public parking is unlimited outside posted restrictions. • Registered guests only. No unregistered visitors without prior approval. • No parties, events, or gatherings. This is a quiet heritage building with other guests on-site. • Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. Please be mindful. • No smoking or vaping inside the suites or shared hallway.
