Leaving the city for an Aggieland getaway? Enjoy a 6 acre country retreat for your next visit to College Station. This house is just 8 miles from campus. Wireless internet. 2 high definition televisions. 4BR/3BA. Wraparound porches. Plenty of parking and room to relax before and after the big game. Enjoy the stocked catch and release pond and dock. Poles and tackle provided upon request. Mowed walking trails throughout the property. Fire ring, wood, and seating ready for smores or just enjoying the stars next to the pond. Access to separate billiards room available upon request. 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with full over full bunkbed. Sleeps 8, but air mattresses are available and plenty of room to spread out for up to 12. Owners have rented the garage apartment for years and enjoy a 5-star rating. This rental is for the house, including the garage apartment.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
