The property was cozy, it gave you that older, but warmth feeling. When we arrived the young man at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable of the hotel and area. What I didn't like. My daughters were bitten by an insect of some nature. I had to take my oldest daughter to ER due to her eye and hand was swollen. After arriving back to Houston, my youngest didn't say anything until yesterday. She has two to four bites on each of her legs. I have to take her to Urgent Care today. I asked the night clerk, if they had something to spray for bugs, he told me no and he would note for the morning crew and leave a note for the manager. He gave me a package from the First Aid kit to rub on my daughters bites, after I showed him my daughters photo of her eye and hand. He would have someone come to the room, first thing tomorrow morning and leave a note for the manager. When I checked out, the front desk person, didn't see a note and was not aware that I took my daughter to ER and had to spend $150.00 for the visit. She gave me a card with the managers name and information, but after I picked my daughter up from school, she was complaining about her legs. Now, she has an appointment today to see the doctor. What an interesting weekend at Country Inn and Suites.

I was disappointed that there was no TV reception and the staff wasn't too concerned. Seeing that this is college football season, i was very disappointed.

Basic breakfast. No waffles, biscuits, etc.

The property is easy to locate off the highway. The entrance is inviting. We stayed during the pandemic and it was very clean and empty. They have a nice small lending library in the lobby. We slept well. Breakfast was all prepackaged food and some fruit but it was nice to have. We would stay there again, and actually chose the hotel based on a recommendation.

The outside is a lot nicer than the inside (rooms). There were dirty hand prints on all the walls and doors. Curtains where filthy. And they need to bleach the bathroom floor so the grout isn’t black! The toilet paper holder is attached under the cabinet so it touches the floor!

Nice, quiet, clean staff was nice and helpful Overall we enjoyed our stay

The lady at the front desk was so friendly. She was new, and needed a little help checking us in, since we were checking into 3 rooms. The man, I assume the manager, was a little impatient with her, but she kept smiling through it all. She found out we were there to attend our grandson’s wedding, and asked about it the next morning. She knows grandma’s like to talk about their grandchildren, and she showed us a picture of her granddaughter. I told her we would be staying there again when we visit our granddaughter at A&M, all because of her.

The property was clean and very conveniently located. The only drawback was that the hallways were extremely warm. The rooms were cool, but the air seemed to be turned off in the hallways.

I really liked the convenience of the property and that there was plenty of easily accessible parking. It was a shame that the hot tub was not hot, but at least the jets worked. The room was nice, overall, but the door of the cabinet holding the refrigerator was coming off of its hinges.

The bathroom sink was broken, the mattresses were to springy, there was noise that came in which made it hard to sleep

the walls were thin as paper. we heard the crying all night from the kids next door. including every step...

The hotel was in good shape, the walls need a fresh coat of paint in the room. The bathroom smelled like urine.

I apologize for the inconvenience with the TV, unfortunately it was an issue that was out of our control and could not be fixed without a technician coming out. However we do apologize and hope that you will stay with us again in the future in the hopes that we can provide you with a better experience.
