Property is tired. Parking lot lights did not work. Water pressure super strong, but painful in shower. Room had strong odor akin to sour milk. Son found crumbs in his bed. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in morning was hot and tasty. Staff was friendly.

Pleasant though distant fro main Texas A&M campus.

Very nice room (King Suite) that contained a Jacuzzi which, unfortunately, we did not have time to use. Would have preferred an extra loveseat. It was a little difficult to get into the hotel parking lot since the main driveway is a bit hard to find and on a busy street - four lanes with fast-moving traffic. But overall, a good experience with all the expected amenities.

Service at check-in was excellent. Ms Dee was attentive to all and acknowledged every one who came in, while taking care of a couple of problems at the same time. The property is old but seems clean; the breakfast was good. I only had coffee and a muffin but there is cereal and pancakes plus fruit if you want other goodies.

The staff is horrible. The lady at the front desk in the morning is a ratchet horrible woman that doesn’t understand. Do not stay here. They will treat you horribly.

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the sweetest smile and such a friendly attitude that instantly made us feel welcome. She was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to meet someone who can turn a simple check-in into such a pleasant experience, but Holly did just that. She truly set the tone for a great stay!

Older looking hotel. Needs some tlc in the lobby, hallways. They updated the rooms. Beds are very comfy! That’s a huge plus. Bathrooms were on the needs tlc side. Bfast was below average. They didn’t even had milk out for cereal. Overall nice staff but hotel needs upgrading!
