Two front windows are still shattered. The bar and dining room are closed, but that is not reflected online. The free breakfast does not include any fresh food, and the scrambled eggs are from a prepared product with a strange texture. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very efficient.

I am due a refund of $20.27 from Expedia. Your Expedia advertisement indicated the full price for a 1 night stay was $128 “total with taxes and fees”. When I paid for the room on-line I had to pay $128 plus an additional $20.27 taxes to complete the reservation. At check-in I told the clerk of the discrepancy and then I requested a refund of $20.27 per the Expedia advertisement. He did not make the refund, even though I showed him screenshots for documentation. He said this was not his responsibility; that I had to have Expedia send me the refund and it’s your issue to resolve since it was your advertisement. I do not believe he took a customer friendly approach. But here I am. I am requesting the refund of you, Expedia. Bob Cuellar 512-968-4480.
