It’s a newer hotel. Rooms are always spotless and roomy. Staff is always friendly and courteous. In spite of it not being right in the middle of all the A&M action, it’s become one of our favorite hotels in College Station.

Room was very clean and huge. In fact, they could put a larger, more comfortable sofa in, as well as some chairs. The furniture other than the bed is wildly uncomfortable so relaxing in the room was not possible.

Do not recommend for multiple reasons. Pull out sleeper is tiny, mini body wash and shampoo in bathroom (good for 1 use, not family of 4, ended up going to Walmart and buying some), toilet paper like sand paper, girl working front desk rude as heck when wife asked about an hour later for check out doing to soccer tournament schedule, breakfast is lacking… no fruit, no cereal, no yogurt. Sub par for what the hotel charges, will definitely not stay here again.
