Everything went well but the shower didn't work the last morning

Staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, but needs tweeking somewhat. Overall it was a great visit.

Great location easy access to restaurants and A&M and the staff was very helpful and friendly, even the maids. We had a positive stay.

Great hotel and a prime location with many restaurants within a quarter mile radius. The hotel staff was amazing.

Large comfy rooms and beds were comfortable. Super breakfast buffet and very freindl staff.

The staff was nice that checked me in the only thing I found odd was that the lady made sure to tell me that while she was happy to give me a room on the 4th floor, she usually charges more for it...I've NEVER heard this before and I travel on business weekly. She repeated this twice. And both times I thanked her. If I were in NYC or San Francisco I could see being charged more for a room with a view. I was in College Station, at 9p on a Monday night....when I left for my meeting at 5:30a I could see all the empty rooms available. Next time just roll with a 4th floor check in and don't make the guest feel like you're doing them a favor.

It was nice, nothing special. Was here for business so it was a quick stay.

Everything was quite nice and the breakfasts offered were wonderful. The only issue I had was that it was very humidity level of the hall to my room but when you're in Texas and it's the summer, what can you do?

We only stayed for one night but most things were as expected. Pretty good location, only a few minutes from campus and good places to eat like Fuego and The Grub. Staff were courteous in the little interaction we had with them. The air conditioning in the room was a little touchy but overall fine. The only real problem we had was the tv remote not working. If we had stayed longer, we would've addressed it with the staff.

I hosted a guest in this hotel. Guest was ab elderly lady. Overall she was pretty satisfied with the hotel..

Upon arrival we were greated and our reservation was ready. We asked direction the front desk printed out directions to the wedding location. The room was great very comfortable.

Awesome Hotel!! Booked a room at Days Inn it was disgusting I cancelled and contacted a family member who recommend a different hotel this Hotel is Amazing!! Very classy and would recommend on my next trip.

We stayed at the hotel while attending a Color Guard event. The hotel is super clean, conveniently located, and above all (when traveling with a large group of high school girls), is super quiet. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is delicious. Who can beat Starbucks in the lobby? We will stay here every year.

Cant beat a king size bed and a seperate living area with sofa bed for only $99. Hot tub and pool inside make it great for winter month relaxing. Cant complain about hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was very accomodating.

Good, friendly place... Lots of pets, too! I liked the breakfast, most. I reserved two rooms, so I didn't understand why they had to be on two different floors.

When I walked into the hotel I had three people who worked there staring at me. I had to ask where to check-in and was not greeted. The gentleman that checked me in to the room made small talk but seemed like he just did not care to be at his job. He made a point to tell me that he would only be there til 11pm. It seemed like I was more of a burden than a customer to him. The lobby was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean. I think the bathroom needs some updates. But besides that I have no complaints. It was quiet and heater worked well. Check-out was as simple as walking out the door.

As an occasional traveler, I was looking for certain perks while choosing a hotel. My requirements: 1)king sized bed, 2) close to town, and 3) delicious, free continental breakfast. I was pleased with the bedroom, as it was spacious, had a king-sized bed, and to top it off, had a large flat screen. It was also 2 minutes away from downtown, but lets face it, you have to be pretty far off the beaten path to not be close to downtown College Station. The breakfast was a different story. After spending the previous night on the town, I was very displeased with the selection of their breakfast. Oatmeal, yogurt, and bread. This is not what I had in mind. Although I enjoyed the comforts of the hotel, I was not "hooked" by them and will continue to try a different hotel in the area next time I venture out to Aggieland.

The hotel was nice, checking in and out was simple and hassle free. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was perfect for our family of four. Our two young children slept on the fold out couch in the sitting area of our room, which had a partial wall between it and our king bed. The hotel was in an area very close to good food, some chains, some local too. The university golf course is about 1 mile away and there is a chance for a shuttle to and from the course. Continental breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, toast, cereals, yogurt, milk, juices and hot beverages. There were other items for purchase that were available 24/7. Plus, there was a grab and go case in the lobby. The hotel offers tea, coffee, select wine and beers in the lobby as well. All of the staff were friendly, accomodating, and with one exception, very professional.
