A few issues mainly with timely room service. Very long wait times. The condition of this Hilton location was not what we’ve come to expect from Hilton especially considering the price of the room. The staff were very apologetic and polite.
Bathrooms were dingy and the beds were doubles sized. That to me is ok but not worthy of a top review.
Easy check-in check-out Pleasant stay Comfortable room / beds Nice customer service Rooms need more lighting
Like the location. Dislike: the AC is very old and loud. Bathtub is filthy and drain is not working and caused water backup in the tub
Lovely hotel and nicest staff I've ever run across!
Hotel staff verse wonderful accommodating older Hotel there was smell of an older Hotel cleanliness was not so great they were hairs and things in the bathroom and the headboard was dirty it was also kind of noisy but it had been remodeled
Very nice hotel, spacious room, and good area. We stayed in the suite and it was very nice .
Rooms and bathrooms are worn down. Not worth the price. Cheaper area hotels in much better condition. Premium price only for name. Not going back.
Great stay. Attended Aggieland Christian Church. It was great and should be advertised by Hilton . This was a huge plus!
Stayed at the Hilton College Station as my son moved into his dorm at Texas A&M (we are from out of state). My son got a chance to get a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed before transitioning to a bunk bed for the next few months. They have a great breakfast buffet that includes an omelette bar.
Even though I could have booked a double room they said they didn't have any when I arrived. My niece had a baby and my sister decided to stay with me so I was hoping 2 get 2 beds. Got a room looking at the AC on top of that!! Won't ever stay there again because of there lack of customer service
The room was comfortable, but the location within the hotel was a challenge to find. We had to get help to find the room. Down 2 long hallways, down the elevator then down another hallway. The restaurant was understaffed and very slow service.
great hotel. good location. good quality. close proximity to restarautns
Pleasant stay at the Hilton. Will choose this hotel for my next trip to College Station
Stayed here for the 7 on 7 Football Championship. My team did not come home with the trophy, but we were winners staying at the Hilton!
Too much to explain in a review because I know how I am when reading them, let's just say you don't get what you pay for.
Overall, an excellent experience. Great bed to rest on after a long day!
We stayed at this hotel for a wedding that took place there. We were told upon making our reservation that the only rooms left were Pool cabana rooms. We took the room. We left the wedding reception early because our 18 month old twins were a little fussy. When we walked into our room, the music from the pool was so loud, the mirrors and pictures on the wall were vibrating! We called the front desk and they could hear the music over the phone it was so loud! The management promptly moved us into another room since we were told the pool doesn't close until mid-night on weekends. The tower room as it was called was great! Thanks to the staff at the Hilton College Hilton, our weekend was not a total disaster.
This is one of the worse hotels that I have experienced in a long, long time. We were not allowed to check-in a minute before the 4:00 check-in time and the staff was just plain rude, they were not willing to work with us at all and all they kept saying was "you did not book the hotel through us, so there is nothing we can do for you". That was the worse customer service that I have ever experienced. I will never book at the Hilton in College Station again.
Don't drink the water or you'll be charged $6..... they don't tell you about the charges... great hotel otherwise :-)
