We stayed at this hotel for a weekend - arrived Friday afternoon and checked out at Noon on Sunday. The front desk mistook our common last name for another guest and checked us into the wrong room - which was a suite - nicer than the room we booked. Since they were fully booked for parents weekend, they apologized and gave us a gift card to Olive Garden. That was a nice touch. The room was clean and larger than I expected. We did not use housekeeping or have our room cleaned during our stay. We could not find a safe in the room, but we didn't ask the front desk. Not sure if it had one or not. There was plenty of parking.

Past Hilton properties have been wonderful, however this staff did nothing to solve our problems. Housekeeping did not service the room and we had used the kitchenette in room. Shower not working properly so had to take ice cold shower or scalding hot shower. Staff did not even attempt to make things right, only made excuses that parts were on order.

No clerk was at the desk at sign-in. The same was true at check-out time. Room had no Do Not Disturb sign. Ragged bath mat, ragged towel, ragged shower curtain. I was once a Diamond and my profile has always read, high floor, end of hall away from vending/elevators. I had made a reservation for this trip but when I checked in, after having to go behind the counter to find one lone clerk, was told that only two rooms left. I received one on the second floor and experienced very noisy people above me. Ironically, Marriott has been seeking my business and upon arrival at home had a message from them. I have always been a Hilton customer. Perhaps no longer.

Clean and fresh overall conditions, room had plenty of room, mostly made me feel as I was at home. Friendly service as well. Would refer friends and family to stay here. And, will consider Homewood Suites in future travels.

I was very impressed with the Homewood Suites in College Station, Texas. I have stayed at many Homewoods, and this one was one of the best. Great location. Close to many restaurants, and easy to find.

My wife and I were visiting from Norway on a business trip. This was our first time in college station and the staff was more than helpful. The room was very nice and well kept. Only problem was that the second day we expected our room to be cleaned and have an new set of towels and that didn't happen. When I mentioned this to the front desk agent named Sam she was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. She kept a smile on her face and although my accent made it difficult for her to understand she was very patient with me. There was also a guy working nights named Ron. I was truly impressed with this gentleman. He was very respectful and made an effort to greet us every chance he got. We felt like family. The most impressive part about him was when he first made contact he realize that German was my native language and he honored me by speaking to me in german the rest of my stay. This was awesome because even though we were thousands of miles from Norway we felt right at home. This is an amazing hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was fine and the rooms clean and comfortable. However, the hotel had FOX NEWS on all day in the lobby. I know that this is Texas, but many scientists visiting the university stay here and they were horrified to see FOX NEWS broadcasting climate denying segments and commentaries, especially since the rest of the world accepts climate change and that humanity is responsible. I would strongly suggest that they have a less bias and moderate NEWS show on such as CNN.

Room was fine. Was not able to get wifi. After calls to the front desk we were given a code. Then we tried to check out we couldn't because we were not in the correct room according to their computer. It was crazy. The girl a the desk had only been working a few hours. There was no one to help her as management was off property. The manager of housekeeping stepped in to try to help. Finally, 20 minutes later, a sales manager, came to step in. This will probably be our last stay here.

It's a lovely stay!!! The staff is amazing... the location is convenient to shopping and eating out at restaurants. I would recommend the hotel to invest in better sheets and comforter sets.I would recommend anyone to stay here.

It was very quiet and relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel within walking distance of great restaurants and staff was wonderful. Enjoyed the waffles and fresh fruit at breakfast. I would recommend this experience for everyone.
