Casa Buena Vista is a newly updated fully furnished townhouse in The Summit Crossing neighborhood located in the heart of Aggieland and is ready for your next vacation rental! The townhome is a 2 story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath open floorplan space located approximately 4 miles from Texas A&M Campus just north of Hwy 6. The location of this townhome makes it easy to get to campus, many restaurants, shopping and exploring the Bryan/College Station area. The back patio includes a firepit (propane not included) and there is a community pool available to guests. Casa Buena Vista sleeps up to 6 guests. We are unable to accommodate pets.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
