The non-smoking room smelled moldy and musty. It was difficult Ulterra to sleep because I was so congested from this.
Staff super friendly very helpful. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great motel.
They are renovating a property Smoking is only on the top floor Too many people moving about all night the lights are so bright you can barely move around
Manager at this hotel is very unprofessional, we found her to be quite deceptive and misleading. She intentionally keeps rooms (unit 110) near her apartment vacant to buffer her from clients. She does not make eye contact and only talks directly to the computer screen. We feel very worried knowing she has responsibility for safety at the motel. I would advise others to visit other hotels.
Front Door was broke and there were roaches . Manager offered to move me to another room but it smelled like an ashtray. I went n got roach spray
It was not the motel that dissatisfied me. The motel met my expectation.

First room had gunk in the air conditioner that blew on the beds. After switching things didn't get better. Found dog poop... under the bed. Double bed in a single room... One bed is shoved against the AC so it doesn't breathe. Wifi is $$$ a night and they haven't cleaned, this is our 4th night. Tried to go beyond the local office and corporate doesn't care.
