The hotel smelled stale and like people smoke in there but try to cover the odors. Smelled like damp air. It was DIRTY!! The door to the bathroom had black greasy residue on it. Also on the inside of the room door. The floor close the bathroom was wet. The tub was dirty. The anti slip mat was dirty. The sink was dirty!! The fridge was gross

old hotel, good location, served its purpose as a place to sleep.

I checked in late at night and got my key after a decent wait. Before I left for my room, I confirmed that it was a non-smoke designated room, but to my disappointment the room had a cigarette odor. I called the front desk and they seemed very reluctant to help. They eventually said a worker would come spray the room, but no one showed up.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. I highly recommend it.

Room extremely small, bathroom even smaller. Outside noise at pool and parking lot very loud into the night. Opened both coffee packs provided and they were moldy, housekeeping did not provide additional packs the remainder of stay. We left a day earlier after finding cockroach in room. When I spoke with front desk they informed me no refund available for find day, they will notify maintenance and if we change our mind the room is ours for the night.

Just an overnight stay not much to say the gent desk is always pleasant

I like staying there because the service and rooms are great there is also a lot of restaurants nearby that is walking distance which is also good don't need to drive anywhere far

First off we weren't on vacation so for an overnight it was somewhat bare able. To give them some credit and be nice about it, it looks like they did try to keep up with the basics but failed in the details which most people would definitely notice. My biggest complaint is always going to be cleanliness, it was not. I found beard shavings on my tray that held all my complimentary toiletries (soap, cups etc) yuck!! Then more dust and short hairs buried in the corner of the bath tub. My final yuck moment was the toilet seat. I know it's a tough spot to clean but come on. The bolted hinges under the seat were full of old pee... and more hair. I stopped looking around and just went to bed. I was trying not to be fully grossed out during breakfast knowing they lack in the hygiene department so I stuck to the banana instead of the stale bisquits and gravy. Oh and the young lady at the front was also the cook and apologized for not having any food out because to woke up late. No explanation needed, one could plainly see she was still in her college attire totally ungroomed and in her PJ's. At least we had access to the free workout room, located outside hallway in the breezeway. Kind of weird but maybe the college kids come around and use it I don't know. For one night passing thru if you can get a really really good deal... Maybe. Otherwise there's nicer places to stay that are maybe $20 more a night, next time we'll know better. So in short that was my nice version of the review.

The location is very good for shopping, food, etc. The breakfast seems a little terrible. Overall, it is worthy for the cost if you get a great discount.

This hotel is older, but is kept clean and in good repair. The location is excellent for visiting the University. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast offerings were pretty decent, overall.

For us getting this motel on-line you fooled us. We paid WAY to much for our stay there, One Night. I only say WAY to much because in looking at the guide lines for writing I am not allowed to tell you the price. The pictures on the web sure made it look a lot better than it was. The key for the door did not work. Thank goodness for the kind workers that helped and made us a new key. Then the tv remote did not work. Again I went to the office for them to fix that also. In the morning the breakfast area was very over crowded and you are asked from a sign not to remove food or drink from that area. That just did not make sense and even though we stayed in the lobby area many did have to remove food. This was a weekend where many were in town just for the Games of Texas and for at least 2 hours during breakfast there was no protein. A wonderful man did come out later supplying eggs and sausage. All of the staff did a wonderful job! Honestly though for the price we knew as we drove up that this was not what we'd paid for. And we did not know it was just a 2 star stay.

The room lacked any potential for quality. The complaints I have consists of this: I paid over 200 dollers for a room that was worth 65 dollers only because no other hotels were available due to the TAAF Games, My room key did not work, the toilet in the room did not work, their was food left in the refrigerator, the remote was not linked to the TV so the TV was not functionable, the light bulb went out in the room, the microwave in the room was splattered with foon on the outside and inside, and the TV had food smeared on it. I would not recommend this hotel to no one!

I attended the BBQ Camp at A&M. I checked in to a very friendly greeting from the front desk. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Only complaint - it was inconvenient to not be able to change tv channels by punching in channel number. I had to punch up or down 20+ times to go between two I wanted to watch. The check out was easy and again, the staff was very warm & cheerful.

The hotel is really nice. it was clean, room was big and the staff were very helpful.

Motel was in good location close to mall Walmart and eating. Did not try the breakfast, staff was Very nice, had trouble getting extra towels, and ran out of toilet paper. Driveway needs repaired, rooms are newly painted.

Hotel was a nice stay as I was there for a short over night stay.

Not a bad place to stay if you are on a budget and want something a little more than a Motel 6 type place. Rooms are renovated and nice, wifi and breakfast included. Hard to beat.

Motel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly

After being offered a job at Texas A&M and having a start-date of the beginning of March, my husband and I had one weekend to find a place to live in the Bryan/College Station area. We knew this would probably be an all-day endeavor, so we opted to get a cheap motel room for the night. I found Manor Inn just doing a google search for hotel deals. First and foremost, it's a motel. The rooms are on the outside and face the parking lot, so you can hear and see a lot of people coming/going. But it's in a great location on Texas Ave. and pretty centralized in College Station, so getting anywhere we needed to go was pretty easy. Granted this place is not of Hilton or even Holiday Inn quality, but comparing it to it's competitor motels it's pretty great. The rooms are clean and updated with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, flat-screen tv's, microwaves/mini-fridge, free wifi, and the complimentary breakfast is pretty good. You can tell that the owners take care of this place. We didn't bring our dog, but we did notice that they were pet-friendly. We were also able to check in early so that we could drop off our bags and do some more searching online. If you're looking for a clean and affordable place to stay, especially for game-day (Gig 'em Aggies!), I would highly recommend this place.

We stay here about once a month. They have a reasonable charge for our dog and tell you it is used for supplies to clean your room. I was glad to hear they clean that well!
