Close to TAMU. Nice studio. Lovely staff. However, our room didn't get cleaned 2 days out of the 4 we stayed there. One day we chose not to have it cleaned because we came back late in the afternoon 4:30- 5 ish & needed to get ready for evening activities. The housekeeper was still on the floor, so we just got fresh towels. The following day, it wasn't even touched. I called the front desk and all they offered was fresh towels and we would need to come down to the front desk to get them. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area, so we probably won't use this hotel again. Also the breakfast area is the smallest breakfast areas I have ever seen.

Great room with full kitchen. Staff very friendly.

Suite was more than I expected. Comfy bed, full kitchen, clean room. It was definitely the nicest hotel I have stayed at in awhile.

Like every hotel in College Station, this one gouges visitors on Texas A&M event weekends, and won't earn loyalty points for that reason alone. It is otherwise clean and accommodating, especially for pets although the extra $100 fee is as over the top as the room rates. I might recommend it on non-event weekends when they have to compete with everyone else for occupancy rates.

The room was small with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. There was only about 8 inches between the two. The carpet was wet under the AC and the room had a slight mildew odor. Refrigerator leaked water due to condensation inside. Been leaking long as floor had water and rust stains. Staff was friendly and the location was good for A&M. Price was reasonable. Would recommend with above comments/concerns. These could be a big concern to many.

Been coming to College Station and Aggieland for many years but never stayed here. Wish we had--it was an amazing visit. Yes, the amenities, location, cleanliness, etc. was wonderful but I was even more impressed with the staff. No matter the time or the question I had, the front staff was just incredible. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Very comfortable. Panera bread is very close as well.

First time to stay at TownPlace in College Station. Very nice room, front desk staff was awesome and very helpful, and the location was excellent. Will stay here again.

The hotel was pretty close to the A&M campus and restaurants. While traffic is always heavy in college towns, the hotel was very easy to get in and out of from both directions on University Blvd.

After staying in 6-8 hotels in the area over the last year, we finally found the one we had been looking for. The kitchen was great for fixing some home cooked meals for a student who was tired of dining hall food. The laundry was a bonus. The employees could not have been any nicer, and the location was great.

Being renovated so a little inconvenient. The bathroom in our room still hadn't been finished completely. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

Went to a College football game over the weekend. Great place to stay. Good location, close to restaurants, easy access to freeway. The kitchenette could have been updated (newer applinances) and the location of the TV (mounted waist-high on the face of the breakfast bar) is still a mystery-although the swing-arm mount did allow for viewing from all angles. Website lead us to belive our accomodations had two bedrooms. We did have a queen and a sofa bed-but all in the same room. Staff was great! Very friendly and accomodatiing. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, quiet hotel in great location.

Very nice. The a/c was a little noisy but otherwise fine. On site breakfast was suprsingly good.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby and was met by 2 friendly Texas A&M supporting employees (WHOOP!) to the time that I was checked out by an equally friendly desk clerk, the stay was perfect! CLEAN room with kitchen, flat screen TV and great breakfast! The fighting Texas Aggies (WHOOP!) even won the game which made the whole trip fabulous! (PS: 'WHOOP' is 'Aggie-talk' for supporting Texas A&M - you gotta be an Aggie to 'get it'!)

Great stay. Young man at front desk was very friendy and couteous when we checked in. We had the two bedroom suite which was very clean and well stocked. The separate living room area was very nice when my son and friends came by to visit.
