Place need a lot of updates, staff is ok not very attentive. Description of place is not accurate and photos are deceiving. Swimming pool needs attention or at least some shock, and no bottle of wine was given like the booking said but it wouldn’t matter this review was going to be same anyway.
Not a comfortable check in experience. We called the Hotel informing that we would be late to check in. All Staff said was no issues - just call when we each. We reached at midnight. No staff was at the facility and we had to make multiple calls before finally someone picked up and gave the direction.
There is an unpleasant odor in the room like old kitty litter and the AC is not optimal.
Cute, uniquely decorated hotel area. Nice courtyard with comfortable seating areas.

The courtyard is cute and quaint and the front desk staff helpful. Whoever is giving this place 4 and 5 stars must have stayed in a different room. The room we had was gross. Very disappointing. We wont stay again.
We liked the security of knowing that our vehicle was on camera. parking lot was well lit. Very nice place. We didn't like the bathroom mirror. Kind of had a "fun house" effect to it but other than that, we loved our room. We would stay there again!
We had very high expectations going in. But I should have realized for the price that’s what I get. Family of 4, Room was small & really no place to keep our 1 duffel bag and a few hand bags. Few Lights were not working. The shower head was broken...I had to hold it to get water on me and it was a mess. To top it they charged my credit card even thou I had paid thru orbitz. Until I did not call them and question them they did not refund it back. But one thing NICE, we had left a TShirt in the room, they called us to pick it up.
Although the weather conditions where bad the whole place still looked clean and so nice in the rooms. I loved the comfortable beds and the rooms very clean
I love this hotel beside the friendly staff and clean rooms, its very soothing listen to the music and so heart warming.
This is a wonderful little hidden treasure. Not much to look at from the outside but very unique inside. Centrally located. We absolutely enjoyed it.
Since there was no ice on the property we never had any because the ice maker in our room only made about 5 ice cubes every 12 hours. Also, the refrigerator made a lot of noise. Thankfully we both were able to sleep through it. Other that that it was a great place to stay and we will return.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful!! We’ll be coming back in the future!😊
This was my second stay at the property, I enjoyed the first stay but was rather disappointed in this stay. First, the WiFi was non existent towards the front of the property and made it very difficult to do any work whatsoever. Secondly, the units are designated non-smoking ,but they have placed smoking stations in front of certain units complete with benches and cigarette remains for you to find every morning. However, I did enjoy the convenient location of the property. But given the disappointments during this stay, I would recommend staying at alternative, similar priced properties in the area.
I found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating throughout the stay, The grounds were adequate, but not exceptionally maintained, The rooms were far superior to the chain hotels in the same price range. And for pet lovers, this place is a great value. Furnishings were not modern, but adequate and decently maintained. I would hesitate to revisit if I'm in the area.
There are so many words to this describe this awesome hotel but where do i begin. The hospitality, helpfulness, cheerful and warm welcome of the staff and not to mention the cleaness of the rooms and bathrooms makes this hotel unique from the rest. I stayed and so many hotels but this hotel is far most the best hotel out off the hotels in college station. The location is also a very good since there's stores and restaurants are walking distance. The hotel both inside and outside is very clean and very lavish. I said it once and i will keep saying it again this hotel is my number 1 choice to stay when i visit and i will definitely will recommend to my family and friends.
I absolutely liked the friendly staff both when i checked in and out. I was visiting do to my father having surgery and it's always a pleasure walking threw the front doors becuase the staff is very friendly,cheerful and very helpful. I was feeling a bit sick the following day of check out and the front desk personnel was very joyful and very friendly as i checked out. I love the cleaness of the hotel both inside and outside. The room, bathroom and bedroom all where excellent and spot free of dirt. I love this hotel because it's quit and the staff always make me feel like im in my very own home. There is nothing that i dont like about this hotel. I will keep coming back everytime i visit college station to this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very good location what else can i ask for in a hotel like vineyard court designer suites.

Good morning, R! I was actually working in the office when you came to check-out and addressed your concerns then as well. To address them again here - the shower head was not broken in your suite; it is an adjustable rain shower head and you had not adjusted the height to be higher up, I confirmed there are no leaks either. It was simply user error. I went in the suite immediately after your check-out and confirmed that. There is also a 5-drawer dresser in every suite as well as a large armoire with additional drawers. Every suite has a king-sized bed as well as a queen-sized sofa sleeper. We offer larger suite types, at an additional cost, if available and reserved by guest. I do apologize for the error in charging your personal credit card, as that was an error at check-in, and I sincerely apologized when you called as well. It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Best wishes for your future hotel stays.
