It was a cheap stay and close to bars and restaurants. Front office was in room 106, so checking in was a little different. We learned from a uber driver that this property had a fire last year (10/2025) that burned a part of the front area which explained why front office was in a room.

I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. We were in a renovated room and everything was great inside (which is what matters.) room was clean, bed good, AC good. towels could've been better. Outside is another matter: renovations galore and lots of work to be done. Suspect this property is moving in the right direction finally.

The hotel was clean, but undergoing renovations. The guy at the front desk was helpful and very nice. The problem I had is that the shower didn't drain very well nor did the sink. For 2 people, we got 1 towel and 1 hand towel. We didn't ask for more because we were just there for 1 night, but 2 people should be 2 towels.

First off ignore the negative reviews of what people say, it is a budget motel so it is going to not be what people think is a five-star Hilton but for the price it is pretty good and Sonny and his employees go above and beyond for their guests I feel safer at this place than I do it any other motel. Also the rates are some of the cheapest around town and it is a very convenient location and close to a lot of restaurants, retailers, gas stations in parks.

The main office was closed we had to go register at room 106. Of all the construction going on, my vehicle ended up with a flat tire. The mattress in my room seemed that it was old and very used up because the middle of it was sunk in. The website for this hotel had pictures that didn’t match the availability. There’s also a discrepancy in the amount charged by the hotel and Expedia.
