Very quiet hotel with a good continental breakfast

The hotel was run down- AC wouldn't cool adequately, hair dryer wouldn't work, door knob fell off bathroom door, ice machine unplugged and turned around to let you know it wasn't working, employees unable to keep breakfast stocked for a Saturday morning crowd. Front desk staff was friendly but management seems to be lacking.

Room was very nice and large. There was a nice sitting area in the room which was great for visiting. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food. Staff was very nice. Would stay there again.

The hotel wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. It was hard to find using my navigation, but I eventually made it. The blanket on the bed was paper-thin and the air conditioner continued to run throughout the night even though I had it set on "auto." The water pressure in the shower was minimal- I could have got more from the sink. The pros: the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. I arrived early and they were still able to get me into a room. Overall, an average hotel, a little too pricy for the value.

We had a great experience this weekend, everything very clean, employees very friendly, good breakfast, good service overall,we will return and stay again.

The room was a very nice size - two queen beds and a spacious sitting area. The breakfast was also nice for a continental breakfast.

Good value for the money. Large room. Large bathroom. Clean. Hot breakfast include. Breakfast was just o.k., but was included free of charge, so at the price point I was pleased. First room had a slight odor (not sure if it was pet or smoke) but the staff quickly and without fuss offered me a different room.

Good stuff! the hotel staff was very helpful with my needs.

Last minute trip to see my daughter. Check in was very smooth. The staff is very nice and was concerned that our stay would be good. Room was clean. It has a microwave which was nice for left-over pizza. A refrigerator would have made this stay great. Breakfast was your generic scrambled eggs, waffles, breads, biscuit and gravy, bacon, sausage (gravy tasted a little off to me but everything else was good.) My only complaint was being down in Room 122 at the end of the hall, the free Wi-Fi was not strong enough for me to get a connection. Minor detail, but would have been nice to have. We will stay here again.

good experience, no issues, quick and easy check in. Recommended for other stays.

Great value for the price. Nice big room, comfortable bed. Loved having the refrigerator, microwave and coffemaker in the room. Will book again on next trip.

Very clean, nice staff, confortable beds. Easy to get to, yet away from town so you're not bothered by traffic, music, etc. I went on a big weekend in college station and I was surprised that I wasn't bothered by loud guests. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very professional. Check in and check out process was very easy. The location was good although a bit tricky to navigate. We stayed two nights. The rooms were clean but nothing special. We had orignally planned to bring our 7 year old. It was good we didn't because the sofa couch was broken. There were stains on the towels and sheets. And, the room was a bit musty. The hot water never got more than luke warm. Breakfast was nice but Sunday the selection was very limited. Something about the truck not showing up according to the hostess. Overall an ok stay. We will probably not stay here again if we can book something closer to campus.

My family and I came to College Station to watch the Aggie football game this past weekend... The only problem is, you would've thought you were in Austin! Why on earth would 2/3 of the workers at the hotel be wearing full on TU gear??? My four year old and my eight year old were both shocked that "the bad team's" fans were allowed to work in Aggieland...

The desk clerk at night when we arrived was very welcoming, and the day clerk when we checked out was equally as helpful. However, the attendant in the dining room was rude.

In area for a family funeral and it met the immediate needs of our lodging. Definitely oriented for the businees traveler use and those staying in town for business or training purposes. Nearby Fire School brought in several firemen guests. Appreciated that the hotel reduced the daily room cost lowerer than that first quoted by Orbitz reservations. First time guests may need to study College Station Texas street map before arriving there. The State Highway 6 interchange with Texas Ave allows entry access only by the one way frontage road. Travelers must take the Texas Ave / Business 6 Exit off Highway 6 to easily get to hotel.

The rooms were very large and the breakfast was wonderful! They also had freash baked cookies in the lobby which was a nice treat for the kids...

As always this hotel, is clean, comfortable, the staff is courteouse and rooms are well apointed.

We had bad directions from the internet, and when I called to get directions the desk person was very helpful and friendly. She gave me simple directions from my location, and we found the place in no time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was satisfying. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel but a little rough around the edges.
