If you go to this property in the winter expect to request blankets and comforters. While the management team was always quick to respond and fix things it was shocking what wasn’t included. There are only enough towels for showing, bring your own for the hot tub. There are no basic cooking spices, cooking oil, limited trash bags, etc. The cooking utensils are most broken. If it snows buy some ice melt. We left ours behind, so helpfully the next group has some. The shower handle in the basement was glued on, which it fell right off. It needs a set screw. It does have a cozy feeling inside and the Game Center in the basement is critical for the extra necessary space. We all flew into town around 10 am, so I had asked if we could arrive to the venue early. I was told we couldn’t because another family was checking out (11 am) that same day and then the cleaning crew needed to do their part. Either the other family wasn’t there or the cleaning crew never came. It started snowing right as arrived and continued the whole day. When we arrived at check-in (4 pm) there were zero tire tracks or footprints. Clearly no one had been there. We found clothes left by the hot tub. Fortunately we found a snow shovel and cleared a path for our small kids to get inside.
