Host seemed attentive but upon arrival you realize they are not really present. All the doors to house were unlocked somewhat clean but no towels, dirty dishes, no soap for dishes and dirty hot tub. Large gap under exterior door letting cold air and rodents. a lot of potential but needs some work.

If you go to this property in the winter expect to request blankets and comforters. While the management team was always quick to respond and fix things it was shocking what wasn’t included. There are only enough towels for showing, bring your own for the hot tub. There are no basic cooking spices, cooking oil, limited trash bags, etc. The cooking utensils are most broken. If it snows buy some ice melt. We left ours behind, so helpfully the next group has some. The shower handle in the basement was glued on, which it fell right off. It needs a set screw. It does have a cozy feeling inside and the Game Center in the basement is critical for the extra necessary space. We all flew into town around 10 am, so I had asked if we could arrive to the venue early. I was told we couldn’t because another family was checking out (11 am) that same day and then the cleaning crew needed to do their part. Either the other family wasn’t there or the cleaning crew never came. It started snowing right as arrived and continued the whole day. When we arrived at check-in (4 pm) there were zero tire tracks or footprints. Clearly no one had been there. We found clothes left by the hot tub. Fortunately we found a snow shovel and cleared a path for our small kids to get inside.

We contacted the host a couple days after our stay because three of our family members came down with hot tub folliculitis. I was told that they clean the hot tub once a week and sometimes more. They stated that they have never had this problem before, but I would do some additional checking in the future. The house was adequate but we felt it could have been cleaner. The listing states it sleeps 10 but accommodations for our group of 5 adults and three children were tight.

We had a very full agenda for our time in Cleveland, and this property supported all our efforts, from being able to relax tired muscles in the spa to de-stressing in the arcade room. The rooms were comfortable and cozy and the kitchen helped make things affordable by allowing us to skip restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood was a quiet and congenial environment. We loved having the opportunity to stay there!

Perfect

Home was in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to Cleveland and to the National Park. Host was on top of one question we had and maintenance came out right away to fix two minor concerns. Hot tub was excellent! Would stay again!

Parma Home was acceptable. Communication with the host company was very good, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was fun. It is located in a cute neighborhood. The house could use some repairs, fresh paint, and a deep clean. Plan to bring bathroom and kitchen essentials like soap, shampoo, paper towels, salt and pepper, etc. Also, there’s no dining table to eat meals together.

Love the arcade!

My kids would come back in a heartbeat. They absolutely loved the arcade and I love that it kept them entertained. Unfortunately, bedding was not provided for the trundle bed or the pull out couch bed. I contacted the host and they said they would bring some by on our second day. They never brought the bedding. We managed but would have been more comfortable with blankets. Overall, its a good location and great home for families.

The house was okay overall. The bedding looked like it had not been laundered and beds were messy. We weren’t told that the main TV was on a timer and when we returned around midnight after the concert the tv was on, we could not tell if someone was in the home bc all we heard was convo between two men. It was a little scary.

We had an amazing time, the house was ok, could’ve been much cleaner there was ants everywhere the AC wasn’t working at first and the lawn wasn’t mowed until the next day after we checked in but other then that everything else was good

Family Wedding

Nice place, lacked extra blankets, no hot tub towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and basically no dish soap for a 7 day stay. Some of the furniture needs steam cleaned or replaced. Communications was great.

Niagara Falls Trip

The hot tub was amazing! The beds were comfortable. They have amazing bakery few blocks away. The Schnitzel Haus was amazing! We will stay here again, if we are ever in the area again. It made our friend from Germany feel at home.

Great Place

The house was clean, newly renovated, and as described. My only complaints were that the Wi-Fi was a challenge initially and that there weren’t many bath towels, but the host was really responsive and got things fixed on the Wi-Fi within the first hour.

Exactly what we wanted

The game room was perfect for the kiddos. The hot tub was perfect for Mommy and daddy. There were three bedrooms to accommodate the family. It's in a decent location not too far from a really nice outdoor mall. We got exactly what we paid for and expected..

Nice place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was great as well. Neighborhood was nice. Getting to & from Cleveland was super easy. I absolutely recommend and would stay again if in the area.
